Yea I always find it to be the littlest jokes that make me laugh the hardest in this series. Like the next episode the part that got me the most was Morty punching his abs and saying Pow over and over again.
This makes Morty the only one in the family who isn’t yet canonically bisexual

Morty's more, 6x2 showed he is gender fluid. There were a couple earlier episodes that hinted this as well. Like that toy train episode where he impersonates a female, and another one from season 3 I forget which.

I like how the movie reference is to the film "Basic Instinct", and the main description of the movie is enough to describe this episode but not the large amount of narcissism and "self-love" in this episode
The reference is a mix of Basic instincts along with Killer instinct as the episode has a b-plot around a game console
Chris should pitch his movie idea to Dan Harmon. If he's crazy enough to make a short about a baby rapist with a heart of gold, he's crazy enough to make Timecop SVU.
He really didn't like that short though. It's like the creative equivalent of one of those painful memories that surfaces and make you cringe 4 years down the line.

My theory with the end scene is that Rick wanted Thanksgiving to end the instant he heard space-beth was over for the holidays. So he just happened to leave some horny wine out to create a reason that space-beth will stop being around so much.
Nah I think it was for him but left it out, or space beth brought it and rick just stored it. Cause I mean if Rick got it from Venus, he could've done so in season one instead of messing about with mantis genetics for Morty's cronenberg love serum. I think it's just an alcohol space drink that's spiced up, I think the Beth stuff happened organically.
The drink having either negligible or somewhat of an effect on that developing relationship. It's also not impossible for this to happen after they finally connected in a personal level, because I mean there were hints before they started drinking. Still thin kthe drink is related in some way.

Nah I think Rick knows how weird it gets being around different versions of yourself which he says directly in this episode. Since Space Beth is gonna be hanging around more, I think Rick just wanted to get it over with and give her a proper place in the family. Know that she has turned the married couple into a thruple, she has a solid place in the family. Rick is just being a good dad even if that means getting his daughter to scissor her own clone.
Jerry literally is his dad. He just needs a Superman T-Shirt
How long has it been since we had 3 great episodes in a row on this show? Feels so good to enjoy Rick and Morty consistently, man :)) The show has been such a mixed bag for the last few years. I'm not raising my expectations dou, you never know when they'll hit us with another one like that sperm episode
Potentially the Venusian (the romanticist lovecraftian) wine is a love potion. Rick destroying the remote and thus removing access to the wine implies him believing the wine which amplified Space Beth and Home Beth's affection for each other especially for the next holiday occasion when "that certain someone" looks for it

I can't recommend enough to Spectacular Spider-Man series which is the best and most accurate interpretation of Spider-Man outside the comics and I guarantee you guys will love it. Both the stories and the portrayal of Spider-Man are better than any of the actual movies.

I mean outside of the majority of Peters friends not actually meeting in high school, the fact that Peter never dated Liz Allen, Eddie and Peters relationship never existing in childhood, the circumstances surrounding the symbiote being completely incorrect, the forming and roster of the sinister six being incorrect and the character, design and powers of Ricochet being completely wrong to name but a few… otherwise sure it’s an accurate interpretation. Personally I prefer the 94 series if we are talking best and most accurate portrayal of Spider-Man as a character (some of the storylines were really out there but most were faithful modern retellings) but Spectacular would be a close 2nd. To each their own though
@@Wezt334 I didn't mean accurate just the 616 universe but the inspirations from the ultimate universe as well and combining everything into cohesive narrative while staying true to the characters and diving deep into inner personal relationships and drama that really makes this show stand out.

Funny enough, my favorite part is that A. Neither Beth is somehow “less” than the other.
B. Even more so I appreciate Jerry so much in this episode. He’s always been a dope, Hell he’s literally the INFINITE dope, but he’s not an idiot. Especially not after all the shit that has happened throughout the series. He fucking TOOK control of his life back in a way that NEITHER Beth was anticipating. It truly doesn’t matter if she’s a Wife, Mother, and Horse Surgeon, or a Space Faring Badass, Jerry KNOWS his wife, because he fell in love with both sides of her.

I love this episode and greatly respect Jerry's openness and approach. If you want to fuck your clone that's cool, just ask if it bothers me. You can rarely like him for something. There was nothing surprising or shocking about it. Maybe because I have a great distance and I am open to such issues. That's why everything seemed perfectly normal to me. If I had been in this situation, I would have acted just like Jerry. Me and my two dominant Beth ❤

Chris is possibly thinking about Zork, which was the first big text adventure game. My favorite was The Hobbit, which was published in 1982. It did have some graphics, sort of like the illustrations in Tolkien’s book, but the game itself was all text-based.
