One month in absolutely amazing You have done so well ,it’s incredible how much you’ve lost. Great diet gives you a great incentive when you see how much you have lost, years ago I went on a diet. I think it was called the Stone Age diet ,where I mostly berries fruits and nuts ,l did enormous lot of exercise like yourself during it and I lost six stone.
Thanks Lee. You did brilliantly to loose 6 stone. Really enjoying the exercise, I used to do triathlons and lots of mountain biking so just trying to get back to a reasonable fitness level where I can enjoy my activities again. One knee is shot so will leave running alone but walking seems to be proven as more beneficial to running for weight loss in any case, and fits in perfectly with my interests.😄👍
I enjoy Greek salads with plenty of cold pressed olive oil, fish and salad, lots of eggs, grilled halloumi and er salad. Lots of salad haha! Can eat any veg that grows above ground, the roots store to much sugar and would knock me out of ketosis for a few days. Have kept it very simple so far, but lots to experiment with in the future, pizza bases made from cauliflower and egg, things like that. 👍
Congratulations on your weight loss and I am guessing that you now have more energy and a healthier body. Just as a matter of interest how did you find changing your diet, was it easy or are there foods you miss
Thank you. Have found it pretty easy so far, but have another 6 months to go so expect I will start getting cravings for something or other. It will not be based on hunger though. Have a bit more spring in my step for sure, tracking my walks and bike rides and seeing pleasing improvements already.😄👍

Keep it up, Mark! Gotta love fresh farm eggs. What sorts of foods have you been favouring for your two meals per day?
