When, as a Christian decades ago, I could no longer reconcile myself with the faith, I became an atheist. I could not believe in something that blackmailed me, saying It is my best friend and loves me, as long as I believed in It. Only fourty years later did I come to understand who God really is and who He Himself said he was.

@Iyas kelu what makes you think that these verses have not been mis translated, as well as all the other verses in the NT have been?
Ask Rabbi Singer about them. Not only is he brilliant, he has an idiactic memory encyclopedic knowledge of the Hebrew bible and Talmud.... As well as the N.T.

So great to know that people are coming out of christianity more and more. Once you hear the truth it is very easy to leave.
I helped a woman with her groceries and she wanted to chat a bit. She was quoting scripture from the n.t. I just let her talk but then she asked me to pray with her. I knew I could not pray to her god so I told her I was a Noahide, had to explain that to her. Her attitude changed on a dime and told me she didn't want me to go to hell. I spoke more of my truth but she just wanted to get away from me as soon as possible. I hope that a seed of questioning was planted that day. Thank you both for sharing your truth!

@@bookmouse2719 Very true, but I have decided that I'm not going to just be silent anymore. I figure if they are outspoken then I should be too. I believe Hashem is calling us to give our truth when a false religion is being pushed at us. I will never go up to a person and start preaching to them, I will only engage if need be.

I told elders in an evangelical church that's I did not believe in the trinity and that I could not come to their meetings anymore as they were worshipping Jesus as their king and God.. They made me feel like as was possessed by the devil and that they needed protection and this is what they have been warned about in Scripture will happen to test them of their faith. I have no intention of even debating this with any of them as they are being led like sheep to the slaughter. They are pagan and idol worshippers but they do not see it for themselves. I wish there was a Jewish family who would take me in so that I could live the life of a Jew

Thankyou so much for this video. I recently discovered Rabbi Singer. I am Jewish by birth. I rejected Judaism in favor of Christianity when I was a teen (Jews for Jesus) and was considering seminary before I left college after a year and got married to a Christian girl, (though she wasn't practicing when I met her, I basically converted her to charismatic Christianity)We had children, raised our children without strong religious ties, and let them make up their own minds (2 of the three returned to Judaism at some level). And of course my family rejected most of what I was doing, though we did keep in touch. Now to learn it was all a lie (and an ancient lie added to by recent lies). I think what started me reconsidering Christianity was reading about what missionaries were doing in India, and the priest scandals. In India they are turning children away from getting fed unless they accept Jesus. And the priests...what is there to say? And the native children in Canada ....the authorities are still finding their bodies, all under auspices of Mother Church. That's when my eyes started opening to the truth. I went through a period where I just became agnostic, I didn't know if there even was a G_d. Now I'm making my way back, but I'm still cautious and a little confused. I just am trying to make sense of it a little at a time. Who would do this?I ask. Who would make these lies and continue them for so long? Hide so many crimes? I ask. All the preacher's and teachers and evangelists and writers and brilliant minds who have all been deceived for centuries. It breaks my heart at the thought of it.

Not to be hurtful and with all due respect, that is the price one pays for having ditched all common sense and gone fishing in foreign waters. What motivated you to look outside your own first instead of checking your own background and history, which is such a rich one sharing you in the face from the get go? Where was your instinctive loyalty to your ancestral heritage? You always have time to check out your neighbors yard after you weeded your own to see if their weeds are choking your garden! At least what Shannon of this video did is go through the motions of eliminating all the weeds she encountered in her own background before checking out someone else's. Where was your compassion for the thousands of years of suffering your people went thru at the hands of those you decided to join. There is a certain callousness there referred to as turning one's back on their own people. It certainly needs deep pschycological analysis!!!

@@jacobfeller2967 I was young, 16 years old when I accepted Jesus. In retrospect it was partly a rebellion against my parents who knew (or shared) so little about my native religion. No she is not. She committed treason against the King of Heaven. She and all apostates have to add a verb to Psa 22v16. "they are at" is not found in any manuscript under the dome of heaven. It is a ((())) invention. The JPS even admits that they add words to that verse in order to make an illegible sentence.

It wasn’t Tovia that did it for me, first anyways. But an unknown stranger on Reddit. He said he was a Hasidic man. We met because we were debating Revelation 2:9. I was the Christian in this scenario and I was against the “false Jews and the Zionist Christian doctrine”. This person destroyed everything I thought I knew. I was referred to Tovia Singer. I’ve left Christianity and am converting. For now I’m a Noachide but I’m taking in everything I can about Jewish culture, and ofcourse studying the JPs translation of the Tanakh until I learn Hebrew. I’m so enthralled with this process and what I’ve seen so far. I grew up not knowing the joy of the Torah, and the closeness of the Jews. I love you all. It can be hard in the beginning to let go of things you grew up learning and accepting, but pray and stay strong. HaShem will show you the way

I can relate to everything you say about Christian doctrine and hell teaching.
In high school we read One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Several years later we watched the movie. The story was about a riotous, rebellious man who freed a bunch of inmates who were under the clutches of Nurse Rachet who represented the "establishment". He was a drinker, a small-time criminal, involved with prostitutes, but he sacrificed his life to free the others from that institution. According to Christian doctrine he's in hell. He lived in lustful indulgences so he's burning forever, never mind what he did for others. Nurse Rachet, who was true evil, is alive and still has the chance to "get saved".
I realize that's a fiction story, but it represents so much of what's true in life.
Hell Doctrine is so damaging to so many people. Some people even commit suicide over that irrational fear. How the church can peddle that doctrine and claim to represent a God of "love" is beyond me, but every one of them double-talk their way out of it. If you say "How can a God of love...?" to a Christian about hell they will go round and round with you. You will never win that argument.
I see more love, more acceptance, and a God of truer love in Judaism. I'm not ready to stop eating pork and give up shrimp and cheeseburgers, but I see a God who doesn't require that of me to not go to hell. That is a God who is more forgiving.
I don't know what to do, because I love my wife, my father, and my youngest son who is Catholic. I want to respect their belief and not ruin their faith in what they believe in. But I think every Christian is living in a certain level of cognitive dissonance. Dealing with my oldest son who is an atheist is actually less difficult for some inane reason. Maybe it's because I don't have to trample on his belief.
Thank you for hearing me out. I just needed to say something.

Thank you for your sincerity and honesty that truth is the way to redemption, for any religion to have any genuine validity must be based on what is true to the essence of the nature of G-d. The greatest tragedy of all, is that with use of the religious stamp of authority based upon an assumption to claim a monopoly on G-d, this corruption has been used as a weapon for justification of religious discrimination of exclusion and hence the Holocaust. The experience of realization of truth may likened to a resurrection, not in literal terms, more as a spiritual enlightenment, from stepping out of Plato's cave to the light of the G-d of the Here and Now.

Daniel 9. If he means literally the Messiah, then Christianity is PROVEN wrong. He says EXPLICITLY (no it's not a "fantasy") that after a specific amount of years, 2 things will happen at the same time. Messiah will cut off and the Holy City destroyed. He divides the years into 70 sets of 7 years. it is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to read Daniel 9 as saying the Messiah will die 40 years (that's more than 5 ''weeks'' of years) after the Temple was destroyed.
Daniel has visions that he himself does NOT understand. The angel Gabriel has to explain to him the visions. You have to READ the interpretation of the Angel, not the vision itself. Gabriel said that the likeness of a son of man is the 'nation of holy supernal ones' (the jews obviously, as Moses called them - and the bible was written by the jews for jews). The Jews will inherit the kingdom that will never again be destroyed. We will never be exiled by any other country again - the Final Redemption - that Moses spoke about .
Again, all the prophets only have their legitimacy because they are ENFORCING / SUPPORTING the religion Moses, not going against it.
No one is above the Law!!!! When the resurrection comes, we will ask these ppl what they meant, and if they say like you - we will take them to court for punishment (Isaiah 1:26 says our courts will be returned like before - like law of Moses)
The Torah is ETERNAL - Study the Law and keep it. Anything else is made up - no proof anything changed

I agree with Shannon concerning all the false statements of the Christian faith. I guess the question is: Did Yeshua change when we saw the truth of scripture? Or is it our perception of him is what changed. But not him. You see, if it is our perception changed because we see the truth of scripture,, but not him. it doesn’t have any bearing on our past or present experience of him. Scripture teaches that we were created to worship G-d. If the Most High wanted to use someone like Yeshua to Glorify Him who has the right to say it is wrong. Yes, I agree Christianity is incorrect in its use of Scripture. But it still needs to be respected because it brings Glory to the true G-d that we love. Amy Jill Levine has some good insights on the bridging of Christianity and Judaism. If you get an opportunity I encourage you to check into it.

How do I talk with someone who says she wants to know about what Jews believe but when I tell her or show videos from Jews for Judaism or Rabbi Tovia Singer, she says it is too complicated. She says she doesnt believe in trinity she grew up with in catholic poland and reads articles by Watchtower soc., 7th day adventists and Worldwide church of god. It is simpler for her that g_d would send his son to die for sins. I say that is going against what jesus said, to keep torah to please g_d and pray to our father only. it is simpler for her to believe man can't do good without sacrifice. I say that comes from pagan ideas not Torah. So maybe I need to do as you say and tell her read my Hebrew interlinear Tanach for herself if she really wants to learn. You made a blunder mistakes b/c I listened your interview & you have said that you believed in YESHUA & remained as a believer until you crossover to Judaism but don't understand that YESHUA didn't ask anybody to be a believer in Him. So, you believed in Him before you moved to Judaism, thus my question is that your mistake was that you were a believer, and now you believe in Judaism, so you're wrong.

Why is Jesus appearing to many Muslims and even Jews and they are converting.
You sadly have allowed deception into your life. Jesus is the truth
Gal 5:1 - Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
Gal 5:7 - You ran well. Who hindered you from obeying the truth?

@@Mercy_AIR : Who is YOUR name?? Does that even make sense? That someone IS someone else's name?? Why don't you read that verse in Hebrew. The word Chilul Hashem = "Desecration of the Name (of G-D)", in other words, that G-D (aka Judaism, the religion of G-D) is disrespected throughout the world, with Israel in exile. That will all change when the world realizes when Truth (that's what Ezekiel is saying - take it or leave it). That is the SIMPLE meaning of the verse, the way LANGUAGE is used.
What dumb missionaries like yourselves do is CORRUPT a couple of random verses and twist it into something which later can be used (with more corruption) to be misconstrued to mean something that could then be confused again (with some more extension and blind hope) to support their narrative. NO, A PERSON IS NOT A NAME! Don't make things up!
And let's play dumb and pretend that it means a name.... ok, well, what in the bible is referred as the "representing" G-D? (which is what a name is - it refers to you. You are not your name, it refers to you). Israel, who follow the religion of Israel. They are the "Name" of G-D, if anything. Meaning they represent G-D. The Name is NOT the thing itself, right?
That in itself proves that the Name is NOT G-D, and therefore, you are an idolator for worshipping it!!

@@Mercy_AIR - and since you quoted Isiah 53, i will add parenthetically, that if that is referring to the Messiah, then your guy can NOT POSSIBLY be it! There are many proofs and parts in that chapter that can't be him (When did multitudes say about him "He doesn't look human"? Did he have children? Did he have Leprosy/Tzara'th? [like the Messiah in talmudic times, whose entire body was covered in it - he did not look human]). So for your sake, interpret it as a reference to Israel (and ALL the verses fit PERFECTLY), to save yourself. Besides there are 2 EXPLICIT verses there that call the servant "them" (the sin of my nation has inflicted "them") and "in his deaths" (and don't. give me BS apologetic answers, please, i'm not a fool). (And, yes, the Talmud interprets everything as a reference to the Messiah, they are notorious about that - goes along with fanatic Messianic zeal of the time - that's not what it's actually saying.)
And, if you would actually STUDY it from the real beginning of the chapter, the narrative is of the gentile nations and their kings saying open mouthed, because of things they have not heard and seeing that which they have not been told about. Really? MOST of the world has heard about and been told about it ALL over world! ""Who would have believed that which we have heard"", REALLY?????? MOST of the world BELIEVES it!! WHAT???????

I've attended churches of all sorts of denominations, from Catholic to Apostolic, from Lutheran to Baptist. I was even part of the "sacred name movement" for a while, and Black Hebrew Israelites. I've also watched TH-cam videos from wacky independent ministries who all think their unique channel has the ultimate truth. What you need to understand is that there's a reason why I (and others like me) would suddenly change what was before such an important part of our lives, what we thought was our salvation. Once you recognize that it would take a lot of convincing to change a person like that, maybe you yourself will also look into why and how such a thing could happen. G-d gave you a brain. I do feel my emphaty for you, Ms.Nuzsen.
    I really do.
I myself am not with christianity. They deny the content and the context of The Bible.
But i also not with Yudaism. For most Jews denied the teaching of Moshe Ra'abeinu on His first Book on their own Scripture.
Both Christian and Yudaism are denying their own Scriptures.
You must have known the teaching of Moshe, written in Bere'shit, Chapter 1 Verse 27:
    וַיִּבְרָא אֱלֹהִים ׀ אֶת־הָאָדָם בְּצַלְמֹו בְּצֶלֶם אֱלֹהִים בָּרָא אֹתֹו זָכָר וּנְקֵבָה בָּרָא אֹתָם׃
    The sound of Moshe's writting is as followed;
VAYIV'RA 'ELOHIM 'ET-HA'ADAM BETSAL'MO BETSELEM 'ELOHIM BARA 'OTO ZAKHAR UNEQEVAH BARA 'OTAM.
    And translated like as followed:
"So Eloah (YHVH) created mankind in His own Image,
    in The Image of Eloah (YHVH) He created them;
male and female He created them."
Eloah YHVH shall close everyone's mind who denied His concept of the creation.
So, when Yisra'elite Jews began to deny that verse, their mind automatically shut down to the conscience of truth.
You yourself also join Yudaism. That is why your mind can not accept The Truth of Eloah YHVH. But if you have strong will to break that bondage, you shall listen to what i say.
Give yourself a chance, Sister. I never judge you, nor Christian. I'm just the messenger of El YHVH. Nothing more.
What i'm about to tell you, is the shocking truth. But you need to open your mind, everything is up to you. I can only show you the way, but to break free, you need to push yourself forward taking the step toward the way i showed you.
Don't worry Sister. I'm always by your side. I'm not with christian and i'm not your opponent.
    Let's begin, Sister.
When Moshe wrote that verse, Moshe was trying to tell Yisra'el that they, mankind, were created in The Image of Eloah YHVH.
    Please open your mind.
Moshe didn't invent the word "man". The word "man" was given to Moshe by Eloah.
If we, mankind are created in The Image of Eloah YHVH, what do you think our Creator be?
Ponder deeply, and say out loud what the first thing came up in your mind,
    YHVH Eloheinu
    is
    THE SON OF MAN!
If you still denied what Moshe wrote, you will immediately shout "blasphemy" to me.
    However,
If you accept what Moshe wrote, your mind shall be opened by our Eloah, to understand what our Creator wanted to tell you for so long.
The key is inside your mind.
Reject what Moshe wrote, and your mind will always kept shut can't see the truth.
Accept what Moshe wrote, your mind shall be open.
    Your choice.
Only you who can walk the path.
I can only show you the path.
But you who need to begin taking first step. Please walk the path, Sister.
Davar YHVH is The Only Truth who can break you free from bondage of mind.
You may think i over exaggerate things, but i don't.
I know you may not believe me.
    But think again, Sister.
I'm neither with Christian nor Yudaism.
    I'm on Eloah YHVH side
    Emeth.
