There's something fun about being a Loner. The sense of brotherhood when you're walking through the rain and see some figures in the distance, only to walk back to the village and eat sausage together. True brothers.
Being a Loner is knowing that you are never truly alone, there is always a brother-in-arms by your side. (êtres un Loner c'est de savoir que ne n'est jamais vraiment seul, il y a toujours un frère d'arme a tes coté. )
Ah yes loners... always my faction... Nothing beats passing by random comrades who is chilling at the campfire, squatting down with them and listening to tunes from all corners of the slavic world. How their sorrow yet calming guitar riffs remind you the bittersweet feeling of the zone. Then you trade stories, and legends. You laugh at the bandits and monoliths all of you killed, share tales of epic hunts against mutants, reports of sad but heroic deaths of other unfortunate comrades. And crack open a bottle for those lost to the zone. Then talk about the dutyers, the freedomers, and curse at the mercs, bandits and monoliths. The radiation patch reminds us who we are, a mixed batch of alpha, beta and gamma particles together. Some times not having an ideology unites people more than those who have one.
I was a soldier. Not very popular with Mercs and Bandits though, because IF i saw you guys fight, i took your side. I could not watch the injustice. I have more enemies than friends by now. I have deserted, and joined the Unspoken Brotherhood many days ago, seeking shelter from my former comrades who seek me now. This is my life now. It is the best life one can have in the Zone. Cheers

The zombies will mutter their last thoughts and the most common is their daughter or son. The most heartbreaking I’ve heard was one who was laughing and when I got closer I heard him saying “and it’s so bright, although it’s night…. Like the sun… so beautiful… and I’m still cold…” describing the emission that melted his brain, while laughing in between.
why do so many people think blowouts/emissions zombify people? You can observe them killing people in call of pripyat,and non humanoid mutants spawning at their corpses. Is it because of lebedev that this thought is common?

i think Live to forget, best ending song in this game.The song tells about the collapse of the USSR. Study history, because if we don’t know the past. Then we cannot have a future, namely all the mistakes of the last century that we could not solve. Now they are actually happening, which shows that we are not learning anything. Although I am not saying that there are no wars at all there won’t be. There will always be wars, it seems to me, if there is a chance to reduce everything, then we should take advantage of it.I come from a post-Soviet country, so don’t judge harshly. That I can’t fully express my words in a universal language. Although it was worth it, I don’t fully understand that all the suffering is brought by people who should serve the people. Maybe this is true face, the human race. If this is the norm, then I wish that phenomenal people were born into the world. Although such people are usually crucified on the cross.

Always pains me to see a dead loner out in the zone. A lot of the time people will come into the zone in order to make money to support their family. These people have partners, children, good friends, and family all outside the zone that they cant support financially so they come to the zone.

Look Zone Operator, no offence but this radio was a bit… off. If a character from the game would speak in the radio then it would be more immersive but your voice was good to but with that Russian/Ukrainian accent wasn’t really good but it’s still kinda immersive, the songs were good too but when Live to Forget started playing I was thinking that “wait… it doesn’t usually starts like this and I have no clue that the dude is singing in Ukrainian, Russian or English or any other language”. It was kinda good tho! Keep up the great work! And sorry if there were some grammar problems in my comment because I am European
I just realised that the song was singed in English and it was originally signed in… I really don’t want to get fucked by Ukraine supporters neither Russia supporters so I won’t write anything here, anyways, I realised that the song was sang in English when I listened to the Gyöngyhajú lány which was originally sang in Hungarian (I am Hungarian that’s how I figured it out) so yeah, keep the songs in their original version and everything will be okay, btw sorry again if you have no clue what I just wrote down

I just realised that the song was singed in English and it was originally signed in… I really don’t want to get fucked by Ukraine supporters neither Russia supporters so I won’t write anything here, anyways, I realised that the song was sang in English when I listened to the Gyöngyhajú lány which was originally sang in Hungarian (I am Hungarian that’s how I figured it out) so yeah, keep the songs in their original version and everything will be okay, btw sorry again if you have no clue what I just wrote down
