Honestly, whenever you wanna do sth RIGHT and you have the financial reassures you should get a coach.

Hey Bob thank you for being the first negative comment on my channel! I'm curious, what don't you agree with?

@@do_more_dani That because you dont get many comments at all, because what you are saying is indeed a load of bullshit. Coach can be helpful for some, but it is in no way neccesary for a 70.3

Hey Naxih. Well, I do feel that a coach is needed for someone that started from scratch, had 9 months to prepare and was plagued with a couple of long term injuries. I'm not saying everyone is like me, I'm providing my point of view and how I think this could help many people.

@@do_more_daniI’ll try to give a response that is put in a nicer way since I absolutely agree with the others. I believe that someone who is just looking to finish a tri, no matter the distance, can certainly do it on their own with online research. Coming my from own experience, I know we can cross the line, even in good spirits without a coach. I think that if someone is looking to become a top end age grouper, this is where a coach becomes a far more viable(probably necessary) option. If you’re just in the sport to have fun, be fit, and improve year over year, there is no need to spend likely thousands of dollars each year on a coach. I have self coached myself into a 4:43 70.3 in about 2 years of training from absolutely nothing, no background in any of the 3 sports.
