This is my old car. The car originated in Alaska and I bought it with 14,000 miles out of Missouri from the second owner. In hindsight, I should have parked it and put my daughter through college with it. The air-to-air set up was intended to resolve the heat soak issues experienced with the Kenne Bell in the Texas heat. Modifications to the Flowzilla manifold were done by Shawn Foster in Ft Kent, Maine and did, incidentally, have a block-off plate to redirect 100% of the charge air through the heat exchanger. Not the most effecient design but effective enough to reduce IAT's enough to add a little more boost and timing on pump gas. The car dyno'd 389whp/426wtq - decent for an old push rod 5.0 with small TFS heads, stock cam and a 3,000# car. Looking forward to watching your progress on this!
Thanks Chris and Justin for sharing, absolutely stunning.
Sweet car Chris. With that rare ass A2A modded outlet, I’m amazed he’s departing with it. Most likely there’s a plate in the blower outlet to make the air go to the cooler. The guy years ago that modded these and sold them ( from Canada 😊) had a block off plate welded in. I run a KB on my Fox and went through the alignment issue upon building it. I’m using an Explorer lower intake as well. The trick workaround is machining a new spacer for behind the blower pulley to have the accessories align correctly. 5.5 years on my build and works great. I seen many people give up on the KB’s back in the days with belt issues. Looking forward to this build for sure!
That is one super awesome notch!! Can't wait to see how this develops Chris AKA Automotive Puppeteer!!
sick wheels!!!
This is going to be a really cool build. That suspension set up in the rear is awesome
Video is great and editing is awesome 👌🏻 . Plz show me some cinematic views of car 🚘 in next videos I am waiting to see some cinematic clips 👌🏻😎
Man sweet vid! Just bought an 89 white notch sold my vert got my dream car.. a coupe
This thing was already badass, its going to be absolutely insane after that 363 gets in there.
That is some seriously sexy exhaust to be abandoning on that car. And yes to answer your question, there is a block off plate in the top end of that blower to redirect all the now intercooled air to where it needs to go.
Beautiful, wish my undercarriage looked like that
The longer projects are the most fun🙂
Is the blower setup available yet? If so I may have an interest. Beautiful notch!
Yes there is a block off plate right where you pointed
That thing is clean can’t believe he’s changing it up?! But can’t wait to see new set up 😎
Haha yeah Chris we like white coupes 👍🏻👍🏻 my 1986 T-Top coupe is gonna be white (OG color) and have similar looking ccw wheels!
Good day Kuya RP Max Vlog, I like how you extract your content. Napaka simple and meaningful. I am truly impressed. Keep it up kuya RP Max Vlog. Thanks! Watching here from San Francisco California 🇺🇸🙏🙏
I like the sound, definitely different. But that's a good thing.
I wouldn't mind seeing content on the e39 m5 ;)
Anything in particular?
Love it🎉
Undercarriage looks a lot like my ‘93 Cobra! Same suspension and custom exhaust minus the polish on the mufflers. As for that compression number, I’ve seen so many times when you re-test for the number to come up even without adding oil. It’s a solid number like you said so motor is likely fine.
Engine bay is beautiful already and has my dream blower but sounds like it’s going to be much beefier soon.
Gorgeous, super clean car and a definite blank check build! He obviously know what he wants and spends the $ to do it RIGHT. Its going to be amazing when its done for sure! ANd that motor setup would be nice in a certain GT... 🤔
Dude, your content is top tier! The black coupe is a unit as it is can’t wait to see the progress. The new edits are awesome. Also thanks again for the Shitbox project man it motivated me!
I think it is amazing the way it is. But I am all for someone making a car their own.
how much stronger is 31 Spline over 28 Spline?
Every Kenne Bell I've seen modified for use of an intercooler there definitely is a block off plate inside the intake. Otherwise it would not work.
What kind of rims/wheels are those?
Love your style how do I get a build spot
Email me and we can discuss your project
What wheels are those?
can u go into detail about the wheels. Brand, style and specs plz
Very cool build, are you sure, isn't silver or white underneath that black notch?? Keep saying it, the black notch
bad luck, it is really silver😂😂
Anyone know why the tkx shifter is not centered in these cars after the swap? Getting ready to order a tkx but trying to understand why people run into it and buy/make an 1” offset plate?
Im currious too if there is a block off plate in the KB intake. Air should flow path of least resistance. Which would almost make the intercooler useless.
Hell yeah. I follow him on Instagram. Love this coupe.

Alex, I'll take b303 camshafts for 1000. Lol
Name it Wesley Pipes.
"Noche Notch"
Best part other than it’s a black notch is it’s not coyote swapped. 🙌
And not on 17" ponies
@@TheInfamousProject lol agreed
Damn that’s what I want chrome ponies

Just started watching this Episode/build but wanted to hurry up a throw a name out for it. (Hopefully I don't find out as I watch it has already been named.) I vote "DONNIE DARKO!"
CCWs. Oof. Too bad my car will need a paint job.
Oh no, he’s back to tucking his ears in his hat
I just swapped out my rear main seal, 20 miles in and it leaking again wtf
Did you get the part with the sleeve?
No do you have part number or a proper supplier?
🤔🚫🧢💯💪🏼🎬💩📦🦊🛻☁️☁️
Definitely a different sound, its not a mustang sound tho.....Its sounds like a chevy, instead of a ford.
