  • Lake Lowho, also known Chida lake at Khezhakeno under Phek district is a mesmerizing outdoors with rolling hills and swirling clouds and a must visit for anyone tripping to Khezhakeno village. Chida resort adjacent on a hill top is place for any traveler's delight for camping or simply enjoy the rustic tribal huts particularly during the People's Festival hosted alongside Hornbill festival of Nagaland.
    Chida valley with its gentle curves are perfect for any family outing and fun time for kids to run along and skate/surf the grass or fly a kite. While adults may relax or simply enjoy the cloud dance and cherish a romantic gaze into the wide blue yonder.

    I have gone to this lake in early november this year. It was really nice place even though the uphill 3km road is worst

    Visited in 2010 as Teneyimie Union Dimapur team on way to Khezakheno village.

    You can also go for trekking to Cave Hube from Chida Lake . . . . which is about half an hour walk to the cave from the Lake. There are some aesthetic views along the way like wooden bridge,water sheds, tree houses, swings, resting places, Rhododendron Shed etc. . . .its worth your time..
