  • "Nirami Jhinga Posto Sabzi" is a special dish for Navratri . To make this dish, you'll need:
    Ingredients:
    Nirami jhinga (should not be naturally salty)
    Poppy seeds (khus khus)
    Rock salt (as per taste)
    Ghee for tempering in fasting
    Sendha namak (rock salt) as per taste
    How to make it:
    1. First, dry roast the poppy seeds and rock salt and then blend them into a paste.
    2. Wash and peel the Nirami jhinga.
    3. Heat ghee in a pan and add the peeled jhinga. Fry them until they become golden and crispy, then remove them from the pan.
    4. Now, add the prepared posto paste to the same pan and cook it well.
    5. After cooking the posto paste, add the fried jhinga to it and mix well.
    6. Add rock salt as per taste and cook for a little while.
