You can get the coin above the pink spike just by parry slapping it. You can also parry slap any pink objects/enemies/projectiles/parts of bosses etc. Which in some cases it might be useful.
Guys when things are PINK you can parry them like the question marks around the blue blob and the floating pink spikey ball in the first stage. The double jump whip. They give you a boost jump and they give you 1 card of power for your ultimate.
