You are amazing & SO CREATIVE! Love watching your videos! 😀
Thank you so much!
I loved this video and project. You do a nice job with teaching and the project was adorable.
thank you so much. Very kind of you!
Finally someone saying not to put glue on top of glue! I've never understood all the people putting glue stick onto the tape. Then, like you said, all you're doing is adhering glue stick to the tape, which means only glue stick is holding your items together. 🤦♀️
Love the album, and it came together so quickly!
Glad it was helpful! Yes, I don't understand it, either.
Miss Lolly, this was SO satisfying to watch! Great job! As usual. ❤️
Thank you! 🤗
Thank you so much for your tips… and also explaining the tape and glue combination, totally makes sense! Thanks again for sharing! 😊
Glad it was helpful! In the end, it depends on the chemistry between the tape and glue, which could be different for each brand. Thanks for watching.
I own a set of those dividers the same color. I have had them for at least 30 years. I didn’t have any idea how I would use them. But now I do.
30 years! Wow! How cool is that?
My kinda friend! I just recently used some fabric that I purchased in Guam 30years ago! Never throw it out when you are a crafter!
Those vintage dividers were a great find! I love the idea of turning them into a mini album. It turned out so cute!
Thanks so much!
What a little cutie...love your whole process...tfs
Thanks so much! 😊
New subscriber. Omg this is amazing I love seeing new paper crafts
Thanks for subbing! Welcome to my channel!
Thank you so much for the lovely class and information..I so enjoy watching you create...Have a Beautiful Blessed Night Filled with Peace...
thank you! Blessings!
What a great idea! Went on a search on eBay for some dividers, but ended up ordering them from Amazon. Going to make a school themed book for my oldest grandson (pre-K thru 8th grade) for his graduation. Maybe it'd fit in a vintage metal box that I could spray paint?! Thanks so much!
That's a great idea!
I love the choice to create Frankenpaper for the pockets! Really ties all the pages together.
Thanks so much!
This is a fun great idea . Thanks for sharing.
You are so welcome!
So cute ! You re-purposed these folders beautifully. Thanks for sharing .
Thank you so much!
Clever idea for a notebook!
thanks so much!
That turned out wonderful! I sometimes look at things through crafter eyes to make something different then what the intended purpose of an item is. You did a fabulous job on old file inserts. Love this idea. TFS. Always enjoy your videos and watching you create.
Thank you so much!
I love this idea!
thanks so much!
I love your choice of papers! And your hint that tape never dries was really helpful. I’ll have to remember when I should and shouldn’t use it. Thanks for this video!
Thanks for watching!
Love your mini Album Lolly, so cute. I also loved the music in the background cool, TYFS
Thanks so much 😊 The comments are evenly divided about the music -- many don't like it. :( Oh, well!
I absolutely love it...
Thank you! It sold right away!
I have been waiting to see this video! I was cleaning my craft area for the past few days and came across two sets of these cards. I know what I will be doing soon! Thanks for sharing!!
I too have a whole bunch of these in my stash from Yokosuka Japan when we where stationed there 11 years ago and I wasn’t sure what I was going to do with them as well. 😀 Now I’m super duper thrilled to this.
That is awesome! Have fun!
Great!
Love your mini album! Beautiful paper choices.
Thank you so much!
Loved watching your process .. great video!
Thanks so much!
I remember using those dividers working for a CPA in the early 1970's. That size and color was standard in the early and mid last century. Having said that, I love this project!.
fun! I thught the color was vintage. What I see now available for sale is blue.
This is such a smart idea. Thanks for being so creative. I love how thisturned out. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you! 😊
This album came out so cute!! Those dividers are definitely vintage, had used them many times in my secretarial days, wish I still had some! I'd say they go back at least 35-40 years!!! Great job!!
Thanks so much!
Lolly! I mean LOLLY!!!! Love this. Talk about one man's junk another person's treasure. Calendar marked!
Melissa, can you please email me at lolly.palooza@yahoo.com?

This is really cute! We have all stores closed, no craft store or thrift store! Have fun! Hugs angel.💓
Some day you'll be able to shop again! In the meantime, there are digital papers you can buy online (Etsy, etc.) and you can print at home

@@LollyPalooza You're welcome Lolly 💕
Enjoyed watching you create this! Thanks SO much for the invaluable tip in how to cut the corners when making a book cover - that has been so frustrating for me!
thanks so much -- glad to help! There is actually a tool you can buy to get those corners cut, but this is cheaper!
Great project and your thoughts about glue on tape are very interesting !!!
Thank you! Yes, I do the same thing if I'm using a combo of hot glue and permenent gel-like glue such as E-6000 or Power-Tac. I never apply them in the same place.
Unique, creative and inspiring!
Thank you! Cheers!
Awesome beautiful book. I love it! Xx
Thank you so much!
Very cute project, great idea❤️
Thank you! 😊
I have some of those dividers! This is a great idea Lolly! ❤️
Great! Hope you can use them
great video. tfs.
Thanks for watching!
Happy New year love your videos this one is very inspiring I think I might give it a try... I could see this being done in all size dividers. ..but you are right the green large ones you have are vintage I have two sets that I have been hoarding that I found years ago at a thrift antique shop I really should use them love the color and the thickness type of paper but this would be cute done in the small index dividers also... You always have such great projects... I even have some of the same small clippings you have in this video what a great way to use up scraps
fun! Great minds think alike?
Love this so cute!!!!😊💞
thanks so much!
Too cute, love it!!
You are so kind
All I can say is beautiful!!!
many, many thanks!
I really like this idea I have some index cards like the ones you used from Value Village. Tys.
perfect!
This is just love. I really enjoyed this!♡
many thanks!
Interesting. I’ve never heard of France paper until this video. Googled it. 😊
"France" paper? Not sure what that is.
Looove this.
many, many thanks
You should use glitter glue it dries quickly
I have lots of glitter glue -- I started using it way, way back in the late '90s. :) I recently switched to this glue because I like having a moment to adjust the position of the project before it holds.
FYI- Here in Ohio, I do not use double sided tape, due to humidity changes to the dryness in winter. I have tons of double sided tape.😣
Interesting!
👍✌️🙏❤️✨
thanks
THAT IS A NEAT WAY TO DO A JOURNAL
WHERE DID YOU GET THAT DOUBLE SIDED TAPE ON THAT BIG ROLL
GREAT JOB THANKS
thank you! The tape is here: amzn.to/3snzm6F
😍😍😍😍
Thank you
I noticed sometimes you used just glue all over, sometimes ATG plus glue around the edge, sometimes hand held mini tape runner and glue around the edge. Was that just what was at hand or how do you determine which is the best method for that specific page? Also which glue are you using. Do you find any difference in result between just glue and a combination of tape and glue around the edges? Love watching the video. Thanks so much.
yeah, I have adhesive A.D.D. sometimes! :) I use liquid glue almost exclusively in paper crafting. The mini tape runner is handy, and if I have a large area to glue, it will take too long to use my fine tip liquid glue, and it starts drying while I'm applying it, so I do switch to tape runners / ATGs. I use both tape and glue on applying paper to chipboard covers.
@@LollyPalooza Thanks so much for taking the time to explain your process. Thank you. Yvonne
Ya a Lolly video this ia cute
many thanks
How long did this take to make in real time?
Hard to say. I create in sessions and don't track the amount of time each project takes.
What is Franken paper?
It's what I call it when I piece together different pieces of paper to make one whole thing -- like if I don't have enough to make a pocket, and I glue together 2-3 pieces so I have enough for the pocket (or to make a full sheet, etc.). It's a good way to use scraps and to save a project when I run out of full sheets. I made it up from "Frankenstein's monster" being made up of different parts.
To late someone else beat me to the Journal
Thanks for your interest!
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
thank you
I don't destress unless i know they like it if it's for me i don't cause o don't like it
I am not consistent. It depends on the project
The cut outs look cheap. Looks like the pockets would tear with first use.
Depends on the glue you use.
So use cardstock instead of scrapbook paper make sure you use the right type of adhesive.... These are not meant for hard use they're beautiful inspiring journals
