Also some people got strong enough nerves to stay and wait for the elevator to open while others try to escape through the white door and run around the table to get past the baby fetus.
@@GoldenDartRat Yeah, you can escape into the room on the side and lure it around the table, then quickly make a run for the elevator. But I doubt you could simply run past it. Or you could wait for the elevator to arrive and quickly enter.
I say that to anyone that was upset by the decision to go FP with RE7 and 8. 1,2 and 3 were scary cause the limited camera angles made encounters tense. The third person camera RE games just don't have that fear factor to me. And VR RE7? Yeah f@ck that, I don't have the stones.

@@xevious21 Dawg, remember Mr. X just coming out of nowhere and slamming you into the floor. Then there's the most scariest thing you hear in RE3 ever... *Nemesis running top speed to punch Jill in the back.*
I think Capcom SHOULD have done more moments like these hallucinations. Their decision to "tone down" Village saying "RE7 was too scary" was a bunch of shit. Creepy, yes, but and did have some moments in RE7 but it wasn't as "scary" as they made it out to be. If anything it should have been scarier. In fact, there is 1 MAJOR change that they SHOULD have done for RE Village. They should have swapped both Donna Beneviento and Alcina Dimitrescu in the order you face them and here's why. In Donna's place, you DO NOT use your weapons throughout the house so it won't matter if you stocked up or not. Furthermore, it would allow Capcom to have Ethan have hallucinations while he's in the castle, making the castle seem much scarier. Also, it would make the player seem much more hesitant as they progress as they might think more of these "creatures" would appear and become the norm. We know Ethan was infected by the fungus plants that were in Donna Beneviento's house which caused him to have the hallucinations (the example of this is the giant baby). What if this fungus took some times to work it's way through Ethan's system and even outside the house, he would have some partial hallucinations, even outside Donna's house? We could have some Hallucinations while in the castle section of the game, which would have made the game a little tougher and people are really hesitant in sections of the castle. I'm not saying the baby would appear and chase you again, but they could have added other hallucination creators as well. The Daughters or Lady D wouldn't even mention the hallucination since it's only in Ethan's head, but they could still hurt Ethan. Oh, and the "creatures" would be invincible as they aren't real. The Hallucinations would fully end by the time you complete the castle (and defeat Lady D). I just think it's a missed opportunity here.
And Aliens, that part towards the end of the movie where Ripley rescues Newt from the hive and the Queen chases them and they get held up at the elevator and are forced to wait for it to reach the ground floor
Really? Because I remember seeing clips of people waiting inside the elevator with the doors open and the monster could still get them. Of course, you can't get hurt if you're all the way inside. The monster won't attack you unless you're very close to the door, so you're kinda safe, but you're gonna have to get close to push the button.
@@shotpack8374 honestly I think that's the only reason why that room was added to the game. What;s scarier than an alive fetus in a sink? A GIANT alive fetus who CHASES you while wailing out to you, fucking you up mentally and emotionally.
8:24 This is how you can tell I've watched too many horror movies. Everyone here is relieved once the door closes I'm just like MUST GO UP!! When I first played resident evil 8 village I was impressed so far until I saw this scene I was playing this alone at 3 AM the scariest scene in resident evil scene ever ….
This reminds me of the baby monster in Silent Hill 4 in the Water tower level. To be honest, RE is actually borrowing ideas from SH since its 7th installment, and it is borrowing successfully.
