I pulled something in my neck and it hurts so bad and I can’t move anything except my fingers! Watching Stephanie is the only thing getting me through the pain 🥺.
Heather Hanson Thanks so much! I feel a lot better after sleeping on it even though I could only sleep a few hours. It still hurts but I can walk and it doesn’t hurt my spine anymore it’s just my next and my arms!

I’m doing the same diper and duck tape thing with my horse causes he’s lame, but you should try to put the horses hoof in a bucket of hot water with salt, my horse loves it and he’s getting better. I get to get back on him soon and it’s been over a year.

I loved this video and does anyone know why Maddie stopped riding?
She had a bad fall a while ago so I think it knocked her confidence and isn't as keen anymore but I don't know if that is the only reason she might of just not enjoyed it as much anymore.
She fell of Flash and lost her confidence since then. There has been the rare occasion that she’s hopped on a horse since then but has decided that at least for now she prefers to enjoy horses from the ground rather than on their back.

What are the stretches you are doing with their hind end? Especially the tail one. I’ve never seen them.
the tail one stretches their back and the leg ones were recommended by a vet because some of the horses are in rehab
