Yes. As of now all kind of stats are 1,1x of tempest arms Generation 3

so it is a glitch in ptr server cause I can see only 44 to 73%

That's bcs PTR is on a different scale. But it was for short on live and we could already see that the Gen 4 stats on live will be 1,1x of max Gen 3 stats
