Yike seems to be suffering from quite some imposter syndrome. But remember, if he wasn't really really good, he wouldn't have been picked up by G2 in the first place. Yes, I think G2 makes him look better than another team would, but also he looked as good if not better than Jankos did in G2 and Jankos proved he's not an imposter at all! Tbh I was kind of sceptical last two years of Jankos, but in Heretics he performed so well all year long. I think Jankos was the closest contender to Mickyx for MVP.

I'm just stating what I realised watching the MAD vs XL game when Hyli was playing Alistar and casters commented how he was getting "caught" in the jg near drake, while the truth was that his whole team was near and coming. I listened to MAD comms some days ago and Hyli was "I have so much time, no worries" and the rest were " we are coming". I hate how casters can influence smart and talented players' career negatively. I would honestly hate to watch the LEC supports without Hyli. The casters should be actually trying to keep Hyli as he is the only fun support to watch. The rest are so boring - all of them. There is only Hyli and the rest of the LEC supports unfortunately. I'm support main and I'm watching the LEC only for the support plays. Just saying. What is the casters' favourite Nisky without Hyli? What is Carzzy without Hyli?..
