I was talking in a discord server about napping, was very interested! I'm not very familiar with napping. Do I nap the first sleep session with the smaller one (2h), then sleep overnight with the bigger one?
For the sake of dream shards, it would technically be optimal to make the nap the shorter of the 2 if they are going to be different in length since it is going to occur at a lower drowsy power than the longer session, but the downside of that is your nap uses your daily bonus biscuit whether you want it to or not, so if it is the weaker session and you are trying to hunt something rarer, it will work counteractive to that. Both options work out well though.
RIP. Sorry I didn't think to make this video sooner to be able to help prevent that error. Oh well, this early in the week, the difference is gonna be pretty minor, fortunately.
I am curious, do you track sleep with your watch, phone, or go++? I use my watch, especially because I have a 1yo who wakes us up in the middle of the night and sometimes I have to leave my room to calm him down and sleep with him on the floor matress we have set up. I've had sometimes where if I am napping I will track with my phone and my watch, and usually my watch has less time because it doesn't track until I actually fall asleep. Do you know of any tricks on the samsung watch to make it think I am napping when I'm not if I wanted to get naps in when I can't throught the day? I've also had times where my watch will divide my sleep. Even though the watch combines it right after loading, Pokemon sleep still keeps it divided and that has messed up some good sleep days for me in previous months. Anyway I would love to know your thoughts and if there are any PS smartwatch tracking resources. I have the galaxy watch 4 classic (which looks like the watch you have on your wrist) and I use the samsung health health connect feature for the game.
Very astute on the watch that I have! It is, indeed, a watch 4 classic as well. I tested out the tracking feature, but I like to use the watch for actually tracking my sleep unlike what I do in the game, so it is primarily a backup for if something goes wrong in the other departments. Unfortunately, I can't provide any help on how to work with it, as I have only used it like maybe 3 times. I usually use my Go Plus +. I'd see if there is anyone on the reddit that can provide an answer or somewhere else in an online forum. Thanks for asking though!

Point 4 is very interesting, I have to admit I fell for the waste fallacy
