  • This is a video to demonstrate a ninja kettle heating to 90°c on a 240v system, I mention 240v because if you are in the US or anywhere with 120v your kettle will boil slower than this so take that into consideration when comparing.
The amount of water here is about one cup and just about registers on the 2cup level.

Mine has a lot of bugs after 3 months: stop, error, doesn't want to start, Bad temp: dead.

Stop start? How do you mean?
It will heat and stop to bring it up to temperature, this is because it is actively monitoring the temperature so doesn’t want to overshoot. It is different to a normal kettle but it does it this way to meet the temperature you set

@@grantc8353 yes that's kind if what I mean like intimitent heating so it goes up amd down in waves until.it reaches the temp. Sometimes it sounds like it's stopped but then restarts. I did call Ninjaq but they say it's Not normal.... but I heard urs and mines the same... so are you saying this intimitenet heating is normal?
Mine only does it on anything less the 100 Degree boil button
      Eg 60 80 etc .
      Thanks

@@nicolefoster1518 Don't own the kettle but it makes sense if the 'keep temp' button was pressed

Don't ever buy this KT200C kettle again. had mine less than 3 months , rusted on top lid area . call them for warranty claim but they refused. they said that i did not clean it after each use. Funny

So my base is showing signs of rust but it wipes off. The lid has not. Are you excessively cleaning it taking away maybe a top layer or a protective layer?
Will say at the same time they don’t say you’re to clean it to prevent that so I would think that does fall under warranty. Have stainless steel sink and don’t have to clean that every time
