0:37 how the hell does he do that crouch electric punch so quickly?? I’ve tried doing the crouch dash in order to pull it off quicker but not as fast as this guy. Is there a trick to it?
My guess is when he fast falls after the n-air he keeps the stick held down so he crouches, then as soon as he sees the crouch animation he let’s go of it and presses A to get the punch. I imagine it’s a frame-perfect input since you have to do it quickly for it to be a true combo.
@Yeehaw you need to try in Training Mode. As soon as you land on the platform with a wavedash or a shortened double jump via nair input you immediately have to hold down the way kazuya stays in the crouching animation. Its really hard to pull of, but as soon as you get the inputs down you will get more and more consistent with it. good luck!
@@jesusmejia3417 Kazuya's got some pretty big weaknesses that Terry doesn't have. Then again kazuya has some crazy strengths so I'm still a little confused. I'm sure he'll keep Kazuya as a secondary or a counter-pick
You’re only seeing a video of his advantages, his disadvantages are actually really obvious and pronounced, he has trouble landing that important first hit at all, and ye his disadvantage state is not good.

All of Kazuya's crouch inputs are faster when landing. So after landing, act after immediately seeing the crouch animation.
