The lyrics and your vocals are just so emotional it's breaking my heart
And drazorleaf did such a wonderful work with the orchestration
I am so proud of my arrangement. I wrote the lyrics in 15 minutes and arranged the song in two days on my piano. I asked Drazor if he wanted to collab and he said yes, thus the amazing orchestration. I'd say it's an absolute treat to feature our talents together on a single track.

Ive been with this franchise since the begining of the original Rescue Team in the DS/GBA.
Mystery Dungeons has managed to help me so much throughout the hard times in my life. Super helped me alot with my family divorcing, Explorers made me grow closer with my friends, and Rescue Team (along with the remake) makes me miss my very first dog who sadly passed away 2 years ago.
This series and this community makes me feel home. Thank you Fiddledo. Thank you Pokemon Mystery Dungeons.

@cindyfrancisssca9027 Super Mystery Dungeons came out at a perfect timing of my life. There was too much fighting on my parents that it made me really uncomfortable. But Super Mystery Dungeons managed to help me to always look for the bright side and never giving up. Despite how bad things may get, I should never shut myself out from those around me.
It really taught me that I must keep moving forward and reach out to others.
Long story short I became a better person thanks to Super Mystery Dungeons. Instead of blaming myself, being angry, and hateful... I decided to be more open, cheerful, and never be afraid for what life throws at me. It's been a rough few years since 2015... but in the end things turned out ok.
that breaking of the voice and the fact that the final word is said in such a somber tone really sell it. You did a great job and after my fifth listening I'd say it's a crime you didn't get many views

It's crazy yet somber somehow that it has been over 16 years and a couple weeks since this melody of expressing your goodbye to a trusted ally... no... your closest friend came through our minds and taught us how to truly let go... In so many years... so many things outside of that world has changed for both black and white.
War... conflict... changes in leaderships... illness... and yet hope somehow still shines it's rays through the cracks and enlighten us.
I may have only been in this community for a good 2 or so years now... and still I feel like I have made a mark no matter how small it is in that group.
The others? you lot? They have been here longer than me... but's that's ok... all the more reasons to keep this little lesson in our heads.

The songs connect, by the way. There's some overlapping storytelling. I would encourage you to listen to Memories Returned again to hear what I mean after this song comes out.
I have to say... i've felt in love with this version of Don't Ever Forget, if someone told me this was a song on his own i would have belived him. I felt raw emotions listening to this masterpiece, something that not all most famous songs did. Congratulation to the composer and to the singer, you did a fantastic job!

I admit, I've been listening to both you and Drazor's covers lately for writing insperation for my own pmd fic lately. This one, despite being writen for Expolers, encapulates the feeling I was trying to capture PERFECTLY and I really love the emotion put in to your voice in this one, and ofc Drazor's arrangments are always a treat.

I think the reason it’s so emotional is because it goes for every game after you beat the main story. You can go back but you can never feel the same. You saved that reality so why are you still there can you not accept it?

@@Not-A-Somnambulist Some of my covers, not all of them, also feature arrangements I made on piano that I played too. I don't know how to edit or write MIDI so I play everything out. For this song, I made a version with just piano and vocals first and sent the piano part as a MIDI to DrazorLeaf who later orchestrated and made slight adjustments to my piano parts in hopes of creating a more uniform and masterful piece. My favourite arrangements I've done on piano with vocals other than this one in the last two years are Great Canyon, Rainbow Road, and Theme of Hope. :)
This can go for every games ending when you beat the main story cause you may be able to go through it again and 100% it but in the end you just can’t accept it can you?

I think you're getting confused with Memories Returned. I released Memories Returned in 2017 but I never got a chance to do Don't Ever Forget, which is the track that plays when you disappear.
