You know Stallone turned down a role with Robert Dniro , however you spell it. This role would of made him millions, he said I don't work with woke people. Stallone is the man!
My dad passed away last year of cancer. Was drafted into the Army in 64 out of high school. Never spoke much of the time he did and only found out after he died that he had been collecting disability for agent orange exposure. My mom said he didn’t want anyone to know. RIP Dad We all miss you. ❤😢
And as soon as he's gone, she goes and tells everyone any way. How hard was it to just keep a secret? She can't stand that you idolized your father, so she had to spill the beans.
My pops was drafted in 68 straight out of High School as well. Sent him to NAM came back a very loving, caring but silent. man with PTSD. Watching him wake up from cold sweats, screaming, eyes wide with terror only to tell us I'm Ok. It was just a dream, go back to sleep. Old man strength! I still watch First Blood with him at his ripe age of 74.
"Look John, we can't have you running around out there wasting friendly civilians." "There are no friendly civilians" Such a powerful film, incredibly underrated.
Same here. Each day is a struggle, each day potentially the last. The pain, the angst, the getting up knowing it probably won't get better in the long run. Constantly feeling sick, feeling dizzy, meds taking their toll, in and out of hospitals, frustration, anger, shame and indignity. So, what is there to fight for at the end of the day? What will keep us going, regardless of how hard it gets? "Live For Nothing, Or Die For Something"...We simply cannot give up on ourselves. We take the hits and have to get back in the game - On and on until we win... or the chances are spent. Let us go down in blaze of glory each day until the last day. Take good care of yourself and may the rest of your life be a glorious one!
Sending positive waves your way. Things can get better. This too shall pass. Also... believe it or not, meditation can help. Our minds are powerful and our bodies respond to focus. Praying is good also. It's like meditation but for the soul.
It's over Johnny, IT'S OVER!!!... Nothing is over! Nothing! You just don't turn it off... One of the best portrayals of PTSD ever seen. Something very comfy about this movie. Whenever I feel lonely, when I feel abandoned by God or my heart has been broken, I always watch First Blood because it’s about a man who’s all alone, has nothing and no one, and is avoiding people around him because he doesn’t want any trouble. Also there’s no romantic subplot either, Rambo is just a man on his own, accepting that life is unfair and that all he has to rely on is himself and his skills.

Beautiful, Jerry Goldsmith was a master of his craft and is sorely missed.
80’s kid here. Loved this movie since I was little…I even used to sing it back then, not knowing what it meant. I just liked the melody. I am now an old 43 year old combat veteran. Third battalion Seventh Marines. I served with many heroes to include Jason Dunham. He was Kilo, I was Lima. Lost a good deal of great men over there. This version is a GREAT reminder of the cost it takes. I miss them all so very dearly.
"and i come back to the world and everybody's at the airport protesting me and spitting ! Who are they to protest me ? Who are they ? unless they been there and done that and know what the hell they're taking about....-what a movie
"I want, what they want, and every other guy who came over here and spilled his guts and gave everything he had, wants! For our country to love us, as much as we love it! That's what I want!".
Blessings of comfort and healing to all veterans!! First Blood is one of the great movies of my life too. I look forward to watching it with my two sons one day when they are older. Well done to the creator of this (MeditaCine) and the re-uploader (Emeraldraw). Thanks.

This is really nice, thanks for sharing. Im just imagining how much better this audio would be overdubbed on a live scenic video of a vast forest and rivers. Maybe you can make a part 2:) This is great though.
The slow music teeters between haunting tragedy and peaceful resolution. A soldier returning from hell to the paradise that sent him there in the first place. It portrays the movie, and the history perfectly. There can be no ending it, making peace with it. What he experienced, one never fully comes back from it.
I saw First Blood late 1982 at the theater in Jacksonville, NC not far from the Camp Lejuene Main Gate. Two gentlemen that I saw it with were two of the finest Marines I ever served with. They are no longer here, both have taken up watch on the other side. I thought this film was the best of all of them. I enjoy the ambience medley.
Rambo, on top of so many things such as PTSD (war, life and work) shows nothing matters. Things you believe in, stand by can be reduced to nothing in second when all your value system to pulled out from under you. Good people are punished while the evil ones live on without owning anything!
"Vagrancy, wasn't it ?... That's gonna look real good on his grave stone in Arlington: _Here lies John Rambo, winner of the Congressional Medal of Honor, survivor of countless incursions behind enemy lines. Killed for vagrancy in Jerkwater, USA_ "
When you’re a man of substance and honor and integrity and the world rejects you! “Yes” I know exactly what that’s like, Rambo shows how selfish the world is! only out for their own best interests not yours 😢

i love this, rememer the only person who loves you the most is you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nobody else!!!!!!!!! love yourself its all about your life, stop caring and thinking constantly of others, stop worrying about others !!! there is no reason at all to worry about anything, everything will be good in the end =)
It took me years to stop getting angry whenever I heard that "there is bravery and there is REAL bravery" narrative from the usual suspects. I have never been to the US and I never served in any military but First Blood spoke to me the same way it did to you, who is reading this comment, when I first saw it. This is one of those rare movies that unites us, the last "good old boys" who reject the Rainbow Menace🏳🌈, in brotherhood. I salute you all🫡
It’s hard because in the military it becomes your life. There’s soldiers and civilians. I came out not long ago and I started my own business, got kids now and don’t really keep touch with the lads I served with. Once you leave that’s it you sort of go your own ways. My wife’s my best friend and only friend. You feel so alone. I was working on a site with some lads they have different crack. You walk into an army barracks you feel like you’re part of something. You walk into a job full of Civis you just don’t feel like you belong there. Like your the odd one out. Only soldiers would understand. It’s like I couldn’t socialise with them and I heard them talking about me laughing saying I was weird etc but then when your in the army you sort of command respect and self confidence. It’s weird. We mostly all struggle.
I think what everyone wants now is meditating with Dutch in Predator. Arnold´s face, worried about this misterious attack in the jungle after the misterious dead of two of his men.
Infantry, Iraq, 07/08 Was homeless for a while and had run-ins with the cops for being "vagrant" more or less. Some not so good. I'd seen this film already a few times. Still return to it sometimes.

As a child i never understood why, but as i grew into adulthood, a story of how vets were treated when the hippies beg to end the war and when troops came home, were ridiculed, spat on being called baby killers. They didn't deserve any of that, majority were drafted wasnt even their war
Thanks.
When i hear this music i feel peace, freedom, but i‘m also in War with this whole corrupt, insane and disgusting World!👊🏽🔥🙏🏽
was in a war to, we must fight and go on. The Original Rambo first blood is an unice amazing movieWar, because veterans treated like animals by their own government. One of the few movies of my life. Thank you, Sylvester Stallone...
This is really nice, thanks for sharing. Im just imagining how much better this audio would be overdubbed on a live scenic video of a vast forest and rivers. Maybe you can make a part 2:) This is great though.
This is a Treasure, Gold from the 80s 💛
It sure is.
Stallone obrigado por fazer parte de nossas vidas e por nos ensinar lições de vida nos seus filmes. Thank you💪🙏
The slow music teeters between haunting tragedy and peaceful resolution. A soldier returning from hell to the paradise that sent him there in the first place. It portrays the movie, and the history perfectly.
There can be no ending it, making peace with it. What he experienced, one never fully comes back from it.
One of my favorites! Thank you for reuploading!!
Vets care about vets. You are remembered. Just put up a 30' flag pole and love all our brothers, sisters, and MIAs. Best-
Damn, this hits home.
Brilliant acting performance by Stallone in this film. So underrated
Man MeditaCine was a blessing.
Ive never been to war or served in the military but I still relate to this movie a lot
Best actor, best music and best movie ever 😢💪👏
Rambo, on top of so many things such as PTSD (war, life and work) shows nothing matters. Things you believe in, stand by can be reduced to nothing in second when all your value system to pulled out from under you. Good people are punished while the evil ones live on without owning anything!
Thank you very mutch for reupload.
One of the greatest movies in the history of international cinema 📽️ One of the greatest characters ever Rambo John J. Evergreen and everlasting.
Easily in my top five movies.
Ty for bringing this up again.
Mr. Sly inspired so many people in the world with his movies~
The Movies and Music of the 80th & 90th was the Best!!
mirko crocop said this is the only movie that ever made him cry.
mr. filopovic
Here's to hoping you reupload my favorite video.. Meditating with MacReady in The Thing!
This theme hits so perfectly
Meditating with Rambo in First Blood ambience, whoever had this idea is a genius!!!
Thank you so much, this is just amazing. I love it.
I salute our veterans. They fought hard for their country. They will always have my undying respect.
perfect actor and his works men spartan
When you’re a man of substance and honor and integrity and the world rejects you! “Yes” I know exactly what that’s like, Rambo shows how selfish the world is! only out for their own best interests not yours 😢
was in a war to, you speak true, but we must fight and go on. The Original Rambo first blood is an unice amazing movieWar, because veterans treated like animals by their own government. One of the few movies of my life. Thank you, Sylvester Stallone.
Productivity up 1000% TY🔥🔥
loved this, and just checked out your other videos - looks super awesome, excited to hang with them too
going back and forth with this and a 'meditating with nathan algren' vid, and got me thinking that both rambo and nathan algren were characters very much fighting to come to grips with that bursting rage within.
2.10.2024 It's raining in the city, it's 2am and in the background I hear these harmonious melodies, all my nights are beyond that today the night is even more melancholic. first blood forever
This is SO fantastic for thinking and for working in flow state
Ty my dad showed us this movie and we were like why are they treating him like that. Darn good movie 🎥🍿
Thank you.
i love this, rememer the only person who loves you the most is you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nobody else!!!!!!!!! love yourself its all about your life, stop caring and thinking constantly of others, stop worrying about others !!! there is no reason at all to worry about anything, everything will be good in the end =)
I salute you all🫡
Thx very much for the re-upload :) !!
thx never tought to hear it again!!!!!!!!!
Its a real war, right outside your front door i tell ya.
The devil is right in front of your door. Reconnect with your Creator
Danke für dieses Video, Grüße aus Deutschland!🍀🌞🙏💪✌️
You are a real for this bro
YES. FINALLY.
So glad you had this. He had a great tomb raider one, you do not happen to have that do you?
Almost forgot about this one. Thanks.
I think what everyone wants now is meditating with Dutch in Predator. Arnold´s face, worried about this misterious attack in the jungle after the misterious dead of two of his men.
Love it!
When people harassed the one who just wanted to be left alone.
Beautiful. I can feel it SIR.
wonderful.
Company leader to identify Baker team Rambo, Messner, Ortega, Coletta, Jorgensen, Danforth, Berry, Krakauer
Infantry, Iraq, 07/08
Was homeless for a while and had run-ins with the cops for being "vagrant" more or less. Some not so good. I'd seen this film already a few times. Still return to it sometimes.
Perfect shot.
if you came here to get away from it all (and i mean everything) join the club.
I feel like him when i hear this song, lost but strong inside
He was strong physically but complety broken inside like a lot of veteran who have ptsd.
@chrisdelaplante5515 you're right but i mean he has a strong heart to defend his honnor and his friends. I love rambo because he's loyal and he gives me a lot of motivation.
TY ❤ rambo
Perhaps an edit of Rambo … l can’t watch as it upsets me to much …. 😢
