I love the last ornament. (All of them really, but the last one spoke to me. I can imagine a huge tree with lots of those, some of the roses you did earlier on the wood slices, lots of solid pink, solid greens, and gold, plus pink silk roses, gold beads. Thanks for the video. Very inspirational!
Love your ideas! My 16 year old niece had birthday party and the invitation was kind of fancy. I copied the invitation on tissue paper and Decoupage it on a round Christmas ornament. I got the idea from you. Your our much appreciated!
Brandi, ALL of these are beautiful but omgoodness, your vintage ornament is BREATHTAKING. I absolutely LOVE it 😍💗. Thank you so much for sharing your projects, tips and inspiration with us us. 😊❤️💯
26:35 I ❤ the technique 😮 very pretty. We had breakable ornaments so yes. I enjoy it. My Gramma was a seamstress so I sow everything by hand. It was taught to me in the very early 80s ❤ doesn't have to look petty but I always had a fresh set of bedding ♡ homemade
Beautiful and creative! Loved them all, my favorite is the vintage ornament. Brings back so many memories of my childhood. Can't forget the tinsel on the tree. You are amazing!
Wow! These are all so beautiful. The last one with the clay molds is stunning and I love that idea. Thanks for sharing and all the inspiration to make gorgeous ornaments.
Brandi, I'm in love with every one of these! Thank you for the inspiration. I would never have thought of using wood slices and the plastic half ornaments to make shakers! Fantastic!
Brandi, thanks for all the creative ideas! Paint sticks- love it. Thanks for the memories of my grandparents Christmas tree. Your vintage piece took me right back to their living room and the fun times with them. 🥲 great memories! 😊❤
@thediystruggle OMG!! you slayed it again. I want to encourage you to keep on doing your awesome crafts. You are truly an inspiration to me because I love crafting but always end up doubting myself. I love your tutorials again so down to earth and no nonsense. I LOVE IT!! Thank you again.
I'm so happy cause you made so many of the things that I wondered how I'd make it festive and pretty? All of the Dollar Tree stuff that you turned into beautiful ornaments are the exact things that I would want to gift to people. Thanks so much, Brandi!
Wow, that ornament with the clay, decoupage & building wax is absolutely gorgeous! I wish I had a steady enough hand to accomplish that as great as you did! I would have guessed that it was actually purchased from a store if I didn't know better!
LOVE THESE! My favs are the light up ones, the paint stick (just cuz it’s so easy and cute!) and the ornament with clay and decoupage! I’m sure that last one took time, but it’s so beautiful! Love your work!
Absolutely love these! You’re making me want to Dollar Tree shop! Your rice papers are delicious... I have to get on over and check those out! Another hit! 🥰🌴🇺🇸
Beautiful ornaments and I'm definitely going to have to try some of these. I'm always trying to get the entire graphic on my pieces and it really gives me issues. Seeing you just slapping them on there and they look amazing, I'm just going to have to get over it. 😂 thanks so much for the inspiration.
Wow, that last ornament was amazing! I no longer put up a big tree but I do decorate a tabletop tree and display Christmas decor. I can certainly incorporate much of this into my plan. Thank you for a fantastic video tonight. ❤
Love how these all turned out! They all are really beautiful! You are an artsy fartsy kinda gal!! Love ya!! Thank you, Brandi, so much for sharing all of these great DIYs ❤❤
I wish I had seen this before I went to Dollar tree last week I would have picked up some ornaments. And that last ornament truly a work of art absolutely beautiful
Oh my gosh gal, loved all the ornaments you did tonight. But that last one? It blew my mind! It is gorgeous! Oh man, I gotta make me some of those so I can also be artsy fartsy. Nah, it just turned out so pretty. I remember having the old Christmas balls and tinsel on OUR tree. LOL Have a good evening and a great day tomorrow!
Hey girlie! These were all stunning! My favorite has to be the vintage one at the end. I remember those from my grandparents trees for sure. Have a great week. Take care n happy crafting
@thediystruggle just got a few of your items in the mail today. The 2 rice paper sheets, the one with the moose and music on it. The other sheet is with the beautiful deer on it. I also got the ornaments and things, and thank you for the wood ornament. I am going to start doing a lot of decoupage starting tomorrow. I think I have you on Instagram. I will send you pictures when I get done with some. I love your products. They are such high quality.
You did a beautiful job with these. I do wonder wonder if it works if you paint the ornament before adding the clay embellishments. If so, wouldn’t it be easier than trying to paint around the details?
Hi! I’m new to decoupaging but I really enjoy it, and your videos are the best 🙂 I have a question (and it may be silly 😅)… I try to use a paintbrush with water to “cut” out a part of a napkin but my water tends to spread so much. Idk what I’m doing wrong. Is it the brush? Too much water on it? Ugh!! Thanks! I’ll keep trying because I’m loving this craft ❤
Again, could you tell me how you keep things that have modge podged from yellowing? Everything seems to yellow with age. Would be very grateful for an answer as i am mystified.
I have items I mod podge over 5 years ago and they are not yellow. I am not sure exactly why yours is yellowing. I even put this question in my community group. Do you smoke in your home or around your items? It's the only think I can think of. Plaidcrafts is available on IG I am sure the makers of the product will be HAPPY TO RESPOND to this question. They are an amazing company. And, may know more about it than I do. I have personally NEVER had anything yellow
I have struggled with this on plastic... also depending on the paint. I have absolutely done it on wood and it was fine but plastic I've had the paint pop off. I hope that helps

I love it that you play your Christmas music softly. Some other channels play it so loud that it’s distracting from the crafting.❤

Brandy, where do the dome halves come from? I love the snow globe ornaments. They are OUTSTANDING!
Amazon. It's just clear snap ornaments

How would it work if you painted the clay before gluing onto the ornament? Or would the paint prevent the clay from drying?
I have struggled with this on plastic... also depending on the paint. I have absolutely done it on wood and it was fine but plastic I've had the paint pop off. I hope that helps
Great ideas. Surfing 🌊 and found your channel. I'll be back
Thanks Roxanne??

Gina, I that's hard to say. The last ornament and first I'd prolly want a pretty penny..lol but the others a few dollars!! Hope that helps
