At the 1:02 mark in the video, you talk about tray 3. What is the part # or part name for the orange paper divider? That part broke and I can't find the part name or part# anywhere.

Tray 3 is grayed out in my print dialogue box. Any ideas on how to make it available?

Saved me a phone call to Konica, It said Tray 3 cannot be used, but by removing the paper and resetting, Tray 3 came back live.
