I don't know why youtube recommended this to me but I relate a lot to what you're saying! Whether with acting, or other creative pursuits, or really anything that is important to me, I often feel the same way, like I'm too scared of failing at it to invest myself, like I just can't get around to doing it no matter what I do, almost like I'm in a video game and doing that thing just isn't programmed into the game so it's impossible to make happen.
However, everything you are telling yourself is a story, not the reality. That you're wasting your time learning other stuff. That you sacrificed so much for this and are letting yourself down. That you're too much of a coward. That you're going to fail. Etc. It's important to realize these stories are not reality, and be mindful of what actually is, which I think you actually took a good step towards doing here. You are aware of what you are feeling in this moment (frustration) and what needs to be done, and those are the only helpful things to think about.
And it's no wonder you're having a hard time getting around to it when you're placing such high stakes. Of course it's hard to work on a task when you feel like you're going to be a complete failure if you mess it up. I read advice once about writing, to not write with the intention of producing something good, but write because you enjoy doing it. Because when you're only focused on being good or making it in the industry or any high bar like that you're going to end up too debilitated by overanalysis of how you need to proceed to get over that bar to actually make any movement. But if you just focus on the passion and the enjoyment that brought you to want to do that thing in the first place, you will end up excelling because you will actually be invested in it in a positive way.
And ultimately there is no secret solution to procrastination. You're not going to shock yourself out of it by being honest with yourself. You're not going to suddenly have the focus and concentration just because you hide away distractions. The only solution to this problem is to remember that no matter what you are feeling, you have free will. You have the power to override all of the fears and doubts. And the only way past this, is to exert that will and do the thing you're avoiding doing. It sounds simple and stupid maybe. But we get so caught up in our emotions and stories and analysis that we forget those things do not control us, and all it takes to cut through that fog is to just start walking.
Anyways I'm just an internet stranger but I'm rooting for you!

this one hit me hard too man, going through the same shit. I know clearly what needs to be done, yet I waste so much time on everything that isn't the goal. I've been failing for so long it just shadows me everywhere at this point

We need to take a long hard look at ourselves and ask why we keep choosing to fail. Get a book, write down all your thoughts and ask why, don't stop, write for 5 minutes without stopping and see what your subconscious has to say about it

when I was a child I loved drawing and enjoyed it which developed my skills in it and gave me a passion to learn it, but when I grew up, my skills were not enough for me. I began to compare myself to other successes and make excuses. I began to forget the reason for my love of drawing and focused on my skill. Because of this thing, I lost my passion for drawing and My patience. I thought that I did not deserve my friends praise for my drawing, and this was my mistake. I can tell you dear Josh that you will go and perform the best plays and succeed and become a shining star in the world of acting. You are neither a failure nor a coward. You are a fighter who has proven that He deserves his place time is suffocating you, do not help it. You have the right to be angry with yourself, not to destroy yourself I'm proud of you Go show the world who Josh is and who this shining star is💪🌟 (No excuses)
