Jaime!!!! I was rooting for her, she was doing SO GOOD and avoiding food is so hard for her. I was so exited for her to get the prize. She was paired with basically the only person who only uses cards to sabotage. Jaime deserved better. So glad she had a card to get around it. Thank you Nicole for convincing Ash that was a legit use for her card.

The "Eat With Me" card should only be applicable to use if you want someone to eat the reward food with you like what Sharon did with Izzy. That's really unfair to Jamie.

Jamie was an amazing sport, and honestly she is willing to try most everything. Sharon is a sweetheart and did use the cards perfectly.
Weird to me that Chef Ash was so opposed to giving Jaimie the prize when we all clearly saw what Travis tried to pull on her??? I get that this is a game, but sometimes I get this weird, almost sadistic feeling from both Michelle and Chef Ash??? Lol. I swear I’m a huge fan of the show, but there are these moments when it makes me question.
I could bet that Chef Ash was gleefully wanting to torment Jaime and cheering for Travis but then Jaime pulled out the card that reminded her of her humiliating defeat in the TMNT episode XD

To be honest I really don’t think she cares about winning as long as she has some kind of food (even awful) in her stomach she knows..she’ll survive 😅…

I think the Eat With Me card should be for the winning dish only. Jaime actually tried to win for once, and she got so screwed over. However, when Sharon used it for Izzy, I thought it created a sweet moment.
After what Sharon did for Izzy I, I feel like she should get her own Anthony Bourdain cook book 🥺

Nothing in the rules or on the card state that it needs to be used in a positive fashion...it's all down to the "contestants" and the hosts (if the hosts didn't want them used in that way, they wouldn't allow it); to be fair, though, it's all up to how the rules and cards interact...the "Eat with me" card compels at least one bite of the dish, which is what causes the penalty in "Try Not To Eat" challenges.

There needs to be a better set of rules for the Eat With Me card. It's not exactly fair if someone who is trying hard to win a try not to eat challenge is suddenly forced to eat and lose the challenge against their will.
@@Lapislazuli_36 I do find this show entertaining and fun, in fact I enjoyed this episode for the most part. However this show has moments that I just don't agree with and this was one of them. Jaime hardly ever shows self control and restraint during these challenges and the rare time that she does try to win, Travis for no reason, decides to screw her over. I don't agree with their enforcing the rule of the card this way. If someone is to lose this challenge then it should be because of their own decision, that's the point of it. How is someone supposed to try not to eat if they're no longer allowed to try not to eat? It defeats the purpose of the game.

Almost all the try not to eat episodes that Sharon was in, she barely wins but when she has a card to eat the prize, almost always she shares it with the person with her

From what they've said in other videos, the leftover food either gets portioned out to the crew (they mention in several "Try Not To Eat" that the behind-the-scenes crew gets to go at the untouched food) or the food is donated to local pantries/shelters (I believe it has been mentioned in a few videos). I could only imagine the outcry if the food ended up being wasted...

@@brandonploudre7828, I don't think I watch this channel "religiously" myself...it's more that I'll just put the channel (or another channel...I switch through several different channels) on shuffle and fall asleep to it; I rarely watch the videos when they show up (or even several days later)...hell, I've already seen several of their videos at least twice because of how YT works on my phone.

Shanon is the best person on this show. I’ve always loved her for refusing to contribute to the food waste that seems to be so common in the USA, but she is just genuinely a good person. On the other hand, I’ve only seen the “eat with me guy” (or at least remembered him) and he’s such an awful person you can feel it trough the screen. Such bad vibes.
