Adrian Szatkowski its not a complete different band. its still says Combcichrist. its still the same singer, even if the line up probably changed. it doesnt change the fact that Andy is the reason why it exists. its his direction, his involvement, his evolution to how the band should sound. and if the fans can handle that, they are a poor excuse for a fan.
Your logic is that Icon of Coil and Panzer AG is Combichrist as well, because of the same singer. If Andy wanted to create We Love You, he shouldn't name it Combichrist (same story with No Redemption). Andy for all we know, could have started Combichrist to be anything he wanted to be. just like how he wanted to take the dance beat orientation of IoC and mix it with the hard edge of Combichrist and produce the newer Panzer G (even though i dislike it) Combichrist could have very well been an experimental project - his direction. we support or dont support what he offers. that is not up to him, that is up to us. that up to our acceptation of the direction he takes his music. if Andy wanted to include a few guest rap artists onto the new album as an experiment, it is still regardless, an evolution, because evolution leads to change from precursor and predecessor. evolution doesnt define the quality from that development.
andy laplegua is the mastermind and as a musician he wishes to experiment and evolve. So this is not for the people who wish love persistence and dislikes change. I'd rather Combichrist not get pigeonholed into one genre. This is an amazing video and loved it.

I blasted this song on a 11.2 surround i rigged, in a time that cops had been fucking with me. It wasnt so much to be rebellious, but that i was literally dying of stress (for real. I had a disease that stress chemicals accelerated) and simply was not gonna be opening the door for filthy pig cops, or anyone else, cuz i was pretty much left alone to die. so....there was no way id open that door if id never hear the knocks. The energy i spent with the music helped my body relieve stresses, and the impossibility of hearing anything but music kept me in the zone. Of what? 1. Keeping my anger focused strongly on the right things, like pig cops who deserved my fucking wrath 2. Healthily moving my body that was dying 3. Evading fear of death. Eventually my sound system melted, but not to combichrist. At that point my ice buckets kept it cool. Eventually nothing did. Omfg that was so bad ass. I fucking melted two surround sound systems i rigged up to serve as 11 independent channels with two woofers. My poor pioneer. I miss it. The metal casing even warped....ok that was combichrist. Combichrist started melting the metal case of my pioneer sound system....thus the ice. Music saves the soul.
despite the kick- ass song, the video,at times, felt slightly homophobic. Not a deal breaker, it was still really awesome and funny when it needed to be but a few aspects just rubbed me the wrong way. I probably just don't have a sense of humour and have a stick up my ass(that's a definite possibility). either way, great video, awesome song! glad combichrist is branching their style out.
