Nazara is a profitable co and also generates cash (exception the pandemic year). But valuations are steep but that this is true for all tech, gaming cos in that space.

If anyone will listen to his advice, he will be looser. Had he advised anyone to buy Titan at 4 rupees when he bought in crorers of Titan shares.
Who knows at that time he was not someone that people stop to listen to.
Also his advice is somewhat reasonable in tech industry the valuation given to some like Zomato and others is crazy they are burning cash to retain clients while players like amazon and Netflix that many are compared with burns cash to do r&d and expansion to reach economy of scale while here most money is spend on discounts and other deals then building a growth for business.
That is also a reason why i like nykaa more then Zomato even if size of opportunity might be smaller as there main cash burn is on advertisement and reaching scale more like FMCG have done in past then current Zomato.
Personally see some trigger points ie change in economics of the business that may change this to a cash cow so still keeps an eye on Zomato how does my thesis of business change is working.

Business mainly is what producing something have a sustainable model.
Zomato is serving third party with limited margin and hit by a lot of competition.
That’s a third class business model you would invest in as in small towns people prefer going out to eat than to order food, and with the inflation going up, people aren’t going to use it much.
