Yes! Thank you for bringing up the message from the Legends crossover. Nobody seems to be talking about that anymore, and it's clearly going to be important. Savitar mentions how he destroys central city in the future, and there's a huge battle, etc. which I'm assuming is why Barry has to go back and reset the timeline, and left the message for Rip Hunter
Yeah I thought it was applicable because it had to be tied to what's going on with the rest of Season 3. Since it was a part of the four night crossover I think it's easy for people to forget.

Definitely not a comma there, not matter how much you want there to be, and you obviously do because that's the only reason anyone would try to insert one there. In another episdoe where Savitar says the same thing there is plenty of room for a comma (although it could still be taken either way), but not in the scene in this video. He says it way too fast. I am the future flash, as a statement. Watch it again if you don't believe me.

Just a thought, Who's to say when Savitar claims he's the Future Flash it doesn't necessarily mean he's Barry. There's multiple Flashes n the multiverse. IMO I believe Savitar could be Jay Garrick. Barry was there when Jay was imprisoned, What if as a surprise twist Savitar is an insane Jay? Just a theory and is most likely very wrong.

I had the same theory except for the season 2 finale time remnant part.
S3E1: Thawne calls Barry the villain.
S3E2: Jay tells Barry they're both just men, not gods.
S3E6: Savitar introduces himself as a god.
S3E7: Savitar tells Barry that Barry is just a man. (You could say that he needs to stop being Barry Allen and become Savitar in order to establish his "god status")
S3E15: Savitar tells Barry that he knows him which means it must be someone that we've already seen on the show so that rules out any character we've yet to be introduced to.
S3E16: Savitar says he has already lived all of this when Jesse confronts him.
Fun detail: In S3E15 there is a moment where Savitar speeds away to an alley and Barry follows him. They have the same posture in that scene. I know it's not important whatever posture Savitar has but he kind of acts like Barry does. It could just be me imagining stuff since I already believe him to be Barry.
I can't imagine it being H.R. because he's too silly, Julian being Savitar would be boring since he was already Alchemy. Wally is my second bet but I much prefer Barry because if it is Wally it would be less about Barry (the main character) and more about Wally (a supporting character). Anyway, I hope we're right about Savitar being Barry.
and the 'I created myself' line could be because in the comics when Barry dies he becomes the lightning bolt that struck him

What if Savitar is Jay Garrick.
So in the latest episode Flash leaves Jay behind in the prison so that he can save Wally, then Barry promised that he would get Jay out someday. What if Barry fails to save Jay and he is left in there, Jay slowly looses his mind and begins to form a plan to escape. Savitar uses Wally to take his place as revenge because he feels betrayed because he lost everything so that Wally could be free but he also uses Wally so that it will create an endless loop so that no matter what Barry does Jay will always become Savitar because Wally will always be trapped in the speed force and Jay will always take his place. Which essentially makes Savitar Immortal.
A small side note that may help back this theory up is that at the end of the episode Jessie leaves to become the Flash of Earth 3. This is pointless because Savitar will have to be beaten by the end of the season which isn't that far off so there's really no point in the writers sending Jessie there for a few episodes. But what if they don't plan on Jay being released but instead plan on revealing him to be Savitar, then it would make sense for Jessie to leave. Also it is constantly mentioned that Savitar is the first speedster if this is true it rules out anyone that we already know about except Zoom, Barry and Jay. We don't know exactly when Jay and Zoom got their powers but Jay was held in Zooms cave for all of season 2 so it he had to already have his powers in season 1 but Jay is also far more knowledgable about the speed force and everything so we can assume that he has been a speedster for some time now, certainly longer than Barry, which makes him and Zoom the only known options for the first speedster but Zoom has become the Black Flash so we can rule him out which only leaves us with Jay.
But thats just a theory, a flash theory.

Jose Pacheo Well next weeks episode is the Music Meister episode so I doubt it will advance the overarching plot very much but the week after that is going to bring in Abra Kadabra and it is supposed to focus a lot on Savitar's identity so we might actually get to see who Savitar is. I am hoping/thinking that it will be Jay, just because of how perfectly everything comes together.

John Ron Last year they had the villain pose as Jay to fake everyone out. I think that this year they might actually have the villain turn out to be Jay.
I'd also like to expand upon my theory, recently I re watched some of the episodes from seasons 1 & 2 and looked at Reverse Flash and Zoom's levels of speed compared to Barry's and then I compared Savitar to Barry. Now at the beginning of the season Savitar was clearly the fastest, it wasn't even a competition but since he has been released from the speed force he appears to have slowed down an extraordinary amount, to the point where he was temporarily defeated by Jessie Quick, the slowest of all the speedsters. So now Savitar really doesn't seem that fast at all and if Jessie could defeat him alone, he doesn't stand a chance against Barry and Wally.
So with this we have to assume that when Savitar said that he was going to be Barry's biggest challenge, he wasn't talking about speed but something else. I think that what he meant was that he was Barry's greatest failure and that Barry's challenge wouldn't be beating him in a fight but rather the challenge would be accepting and coming to terms with that failure. Barry's challenge would be accepting that he failed Jay and that he indirectly created Savitar.
At this point, if its not Jay, the only other person I could see it being is future Barry. Although I would be pretty disappointed if that is the case because just about everything with time travel has an evil version of the protagonist at some point and they always have them turn out evil for the same reasons like their powers made them go mad or someone close to them died. Also if Barry does turn out to be Savitar that could act as a major stepping stone on Wally's path to replace Barry and become the Flash and I really don't want that to happen because I hate Wally, he has been unbearable since he got his powers so I really don't want him to become Flash.
If Barry is Savitar, its kinda like the storyline of the first Infamous games where Kessler really is the main character, Cole Macgrath from the future, who goes back in time to kill Trish(Coles lover), to prepare Cole for a bigger threat in the future, all for the greater good.

the stone is a physical form of the speed Force that's why it's only able to give people who had powers in Flashpoint and not just anyone nor take away powers like Caitlin I think the philosopher's stone just connects people with the lost Flashpoint timeline

It's the shows way of messing with us and keeping things interesting. It keeps us guessing and making theories. So that comma doesn't mean anything right now, because there is a time,when Savitar just says "Im the future flash"And by that I mean he isnt taking a break after he says "Im the future (break) Flash"

BLACKTHORNTK1 Savitar was the FIRST speedster so its obviously barry's remenant because if you think about it, barry that is being tormented by savitar is a couple minutes younger than the remenant that becomes savitar so they can't really pull a trick on us because also if savitar was "the first speedster on another earth, 1 the other earths were hypothetically created by barry and how would he know if he was from another earth that he was first for sure

Remember the way that Savitar protected his face from Barry and Jesse. He's hiding something important about his identity. The way the writers made Savitar, he seems like a pretty unreliable source. I thinks it's too early to rule out Savitar being Eddie, Ronnie, or Barry.

This is by far the best theory video that ive seen on youtube. Almost everything were said perfectly, you might have missed something but it all made sense.
My thoughts on this is what if the time reminent was the one Cisco saved (the time reminent wouldn't know due to non linear time) and the flash that was trying to get his powers back got lost into the speed force blaming the flash team and eventually turn into savitar

Yeah it's hard to know how the Philosophers Stone fits into everything no matter who Savitar is.
The philosopher's stone was only the key to setting savitar free? Therefore Savitar had to control Julian to get it. His theory is still very likely to be true :)
Ted2of25 my theory is that when present Barry went to the speed force he got his powers from the black figure thing. so when future Barry / savitar went in, he had to get his powers from the stone when present Barry threw it in then went back to the present to kill iris.

If this is supposed to be true then why did they show that scene where savitar is getting his powers from the philosphers stone ?
Kostas Mend - Barry did get his powers from the particle accelerator even in the original timeline. What Eobard did was making it happen sooner than it was supposed to (about 10 years if I remember correctly). He explains it in the episode of season 1 in the flashback when he kills the original Wells and steals his identity.
What episode did they show Savitar as a human form?

It was a scene they played when Jay was talking to Barry about Savitar as if he were a legend/god. I'm thinking it wasn't supposed to be taken literally.

A very reasonable idea with evidence. I wrote on another site that I thought Savitar was a future time remnant of Barry. I said that in the Zoom ending that remnant supposedly died. However, my main thought was that Barry will create a new time remnant to defeat Savitar. This new remnant would go insane and become Savitar. Unfortunately, my theory lacks a prime cause to create Savitar. Your (better, clearer) time remnant theory solves this problem. I hope you are right.

Is it possible that it's actually the speed force itself that manifested into its own being or the speed force overriding another Barry from the future to stop himself ? Which is why savitar calls himself a God and the fastest alive .. and maybe the speed force wants too control Barry or something but it needs to eliminate Barry ties with reality ? Thus it knows everything Barry would have ever known which is whats throwing people off to believe it's the future flash

I believe you are on to something big. A friend of mine sent me this. I have a theory that I is similar. Instead of the Time Remnant Barry that you mentioned, I believe somehow Barry will create another in the future and maybe even to save Iris and kill Savitar. Now, because we know the past Barry needs to live or they die, the future Barry doesn't want to leave. So he escapes but is so in love with Iris he cant get over the fact that the other Barry gets her. So he starts getting insanely jealous and starts coming up with a way to get rid of the other Barry. He knows if he kills him that he will cease to exists. So he goes to a time that he knows he can become immortal. Back with Randal Savage and Hawk Girl for the meteorite. However something in the speed force doesn't work for him but he was able to create the philosopher's stone. The other Barry finds out and creates the speed force prison, travels back in time and beats the evil Barry and puts him in prison. However the good Barry did not find the stone. So this is why it was in the Egyptian Tomb that Julian finds it in. This is why Savitar is able to come back. he knows that he can use the stone to defeat Barry. But he knows that if Iris lives he cant beat Barry due to what and who he has become. Which brings us to where we are right now. However think of the part when Jessi stabs Savitar. Before that he states, " I know everything that happens I already lived it." Jessi and HR did not share exactly what happened to Savitar so Barry does not know that he was stabbed. This is why Savitar was surprised by the attack. HR some how has an idea that it might be Barry so he is going to start keeping information from him.

One minor thing, Cisco mentioned that time remnant is kinda the Speed Force's way of dealing with time breaking paradoxes or something like that, so I think the time remnant that died is the slightly PAST Barry rather than the future him. Cause if it's the him few minutes into the future, then his old self would have to carry out that future and go back to die. BUT if it's the past him that died: He called upon his past self and his past self dies, but if his past dies then there wouldn't be a future, but if the future didn't happen then he wouldn't be called to the future to die, BAM a paradox and hence a time remnant.

the cast and crew of the flash came other and said there are zero hints as to who savitar is and there isn't going to be any so this pretty much rules out the Barry theory as well as the wally, HR, and Eddie theories

I think it could be hunter zolomon (I'm aware he turned into black flash at tge endd of last season) but that was his physical body and whatever was left of hunters mind is no longer there so maybe his consciousness manifested into something that is inhabiting the armor that savitar wears and he attacked future Barry but was eventually imprisoned in the speed force then come the events of season 3, maybe when savitar says to Barry that he took everything from him that included his original body as well

ya I kinda agree with this theory. plus the future flash came to help Barry back when he was racing zoom, which the future flash sacrificed himself (and maybe would be in the speedforce, which explains the disappearance of him in the future but that doesn't mean he would be trapped there forever). but then Barry ducked up the timeline and created flashpoint because he was sad due to his father's death. the future was changed since then even after he let his mother get killed again. because of the crack happened everytime he changed something, the trapped future flash probably waited long enough just to realize that Barry ducked up the timeline. probably being told by Jay?
remember that he said he created himself? maybe future flash was destined to die just to become the lightning that struck Barry (thus created himself). but it wouldn't happen since Barry went back in time and saved his mother.
how about the costume changes? probably he merged with zoom/black flash? who knows. well this is just my theory though.
and the newspaper about disappearance of the future flash (which is my theory is the current Barry) is wrote by Julian instead of Iris. why? because iris would still be dead, killed by savitar. Barry will however sacrifice himself too in the upcoming events which is pretty similar with the one from the original timeline, that time that Barry was racing zoom.
Barry's life would have no meaning since iris's death. that explains why the future him will sacrifice himself for the future events. plus Julian is now the one who wrote that news.

well savitar exists maybe just to replace zoom's job who's supposed to challenge Barry and and make the future flash come to help. if the future him doesn't come to help, something worst will happen, probably like we have seen in the movie. all superheroes fight each other.
it also explains why the speedforce told him that he was given the choice to change the timeline because he was depressed after losing everyone he loves, but now with iris's death too, only once though. and he did learn his lesson.
I don't know where you're getting your information from, but Julian is not the writer of the article in the future. The article is written by someone called Julie Greer (I think). Whether I got the name wrong or not, the fact remains that it's not Julian. Also your sentence structure is horrible, and almost impossible to make sense of. I don't claim that mine is perfect, but at least it's legible.
211of211 ya kinda wrong somewhere about the facts. and english isnt my mother tongue and I don't fancy writing essays, explanations. but apparently from episode 21, I was right after all dude. even though no one could have guessed correctly saying that savitar is the future flash remnant, spared by savitar just to create himself. it's impossible to tell precisely until ep 21. the only clue was "I am the future flash." but still, it's the future flash remnant.

I think savitar is Eddie, because in the comics barry had a twin brother named Malcolm Thawne. They got seperated at birth. Blah blah blah. He becomes his enemy. But the reason I believe he is savitar is, that in the comics he had powers to steal others powers including Barry's speed and stuff. He also had armour of a kind, similar to savitar's just without the helmet. He had a blue flame he could make weapons out of I think, but his favorite weapon is his flame sword. Savitar in the show just has two swords. I'm not sure about my theory, so can anyone back me up on it?

it is vito but if the time remenant theory is true than Barry killing himself wouldn't kill his remenant. as the remenant is the "Original Barry" and the one we see now was the last Barry, but if the past Barry dies than the future Barry would still live thanks to the speedforce as seen with thawne.
