I'm in the Industrial field of work ,, I Just bought a pair and worked today in these, Worth the money, they are really nice. When I had to jump on the forklift for about an hour, I reached down and popped them open/loose, and I felt like I was wearing house shoes! Then I just gave the dial a few spins, and I was back on the floor ready to go! I will definitely buy another pair , if the life span is reasonable. Thanks Red Wing for making an awesome/ comfortable work boot! You can send me another pair when these wear out.😁
If u thinking about getting these they worth the money trust me I never try on are had any steel toe boots that feel like shoes I use to have to bring some tennis shoes to put on after work with caterpillar with these feel as u had tennis shoes on all day if not comfortable
Is it possible to put the Boa lacing system on a normal type of shoe? I am disabled and left with only one useful arm. This shoe lacing system has been a wonderful invention for me to be able to get my shoes fasten and tight quickly but there are not very many shoes with it for me to choose from.
+Whitney Marrs I know your question is from a year ago, so you may have found some alternatives, but Puma have released many pairs of shoes which incorporate their Disc technology, very similar to that of BOA

All my work boots has BOA Closure System, it's genius.
I have the Boa Lacing System on my K2 inline skates and it is awesome! I will be looking into a pair of Red Wing #4431 after work tomorrow!
