My eyes filled up with tears as I heard the news that my loving brother Samuel passed away. It never occurred to me, how much I could lose in my life. When I was a kid, me and my dad would bond over music a lot. I remember he showed me this song, we listened to it together a lot. I come back every time I'm in a rough place mentally and it helps to feel that moment again. We don't have the best relationship anymore, so it's bittersweet in a way. But I still love him and I still love this song.
