Hello! Sorry for taking a bit longer to get back to you. 3:14 - This is because we hold ⇧(Shift) while adjusting the scale. So, when adjusting its size, it was modified uniformly. 5:15 - If you are referring to how to move the pivot, you can do this: Group your object, hold ⌥ option (or Alt on Windows), click the "Group" layer, and using the gizmo to move the pivot's axis position.
