- Russian Fruit salad is a very famous dessert in Pakistani marriage functions. This fruit salad is straightforward to make and few ingredients are required. Follow the recipe in the video and enjoy this delicious fruit salad.

The white thing is called ‘nata de coco’. It’s basically coconut jelly made by fermenting sweetened coconut water with a bacteria; similar to how cheese is made. If you live abroad, you should get it in cans in Asian market.

Let me also add boiled potatoes, jelly, almonds , cashew nuts, Etc, etc, add one table spoon of condense milk instead of suger. I am happy you had the courage to accept and learn more being a young up coming man God bless you.
Yes, I was also wondering that it's looks delicious,but I to add almonds, raisins, potato , a small shredded carrot and if required some macaroni's the last lemon juice. It is out of the world so tasty.
I add some pineapple and boiled peas too
I also add , some dry fruits and yes most imp my fav pineapple, really boht he amazing taste hota Hy and I use condence milk instead of sugar.
I thought Russian salads are the ones with peas (matar) pineapple carrots potato and gobi this looks more like just a fruit salad
He actually did say that this recipe is of Fruit Salad and not Russian Salad as the later has veggies in it

It is called, nata de coco. Its a translucent jelly-like food which is produced by fermentation of coconut water.
