Bestt way to gear a fresh 85 for pvp? Didnt play much cata back in the day
For Cata I would just purchase a WoW token sell it for some gold & buy the crafted pvp gear off the AH. Make sure you pick a good sized server so the AH is nice and filled with low priced gear :) Hope that helps as its exactly what I just did for Classic Cata. It was such a better experience as you will have solid amount of resilience and can then do BG & Arena and not get absolutely rolled while starting out.
