fix computer fan problem with noisy, jam, slow speed, and dirty in home .
1:- clean fan and repair.

SIMPLE TO REPAIR IT ONLY TAKES 3min TO REPAIR
I knew the fix. Bought less then a 1$ Machine oil and lubricated it. Here a detailed tutorial on the same.
The first part is based on PSU fan and the second half on processor fan.
