      Ideally po memorize mo na Ang gagawin mo. Pero you can bring naman your own list, keep it secret n lang. I mean siguro sa pockets mo lang. Do not expose it

    hello po, what temperature po ang pag bake nyo po here petit four glace ??

      For gas 9ven 170c to 180c for 12 to 15mins or if toothpick test it comes out clean. For electric po kahit 150c o 16Oc. Lalo n kung if fan on.

    Hi great recipe. Dnt know why dnt you have more likes
    I have 2 questions please.
    1. Is corn syrup same as liquid glucose? If not, can I use liquid glucose to replace the corn syrup in the recipe?
    2. What type of chocolate is needed? Is it compound chocolate?

      I didn't try glucose though but u can use glucose it's just to add more flexibility of the melted chocolate but be careful it might curdle. In this recipe I used compound chocolate. Easier to handle than couveture. And thank you so much for visiting. I'll make another video in relation to this.
