I get that finding pants as a shortie is a struggle but I bet every pair of knee high boots is ACTUALLY knee high on you which is a win I mean you can easily shorten pants but we can't lengthen boots
Just have the pants hemmed so you don’t have to miss out on things you like due to length. You can also cut them and just have a raw hem it looks nice that way also.
Please learn to sew then you can change buttons on a jacket and take up skirts. You could add a heavy lace fabric 3 or 4 inches to the white skirt to rescue it. Loved your shopping and you have such beautiful skin
