Yes, but relying on ChatGPT without understanding what's happening with the Python code is asking for trouble. I would strongly suggest taking my Python Crash Course tutorial series to learn the subset of Python you need for analytics and data science.

At this time you cannot install packages with Python in Excel. For security reasons, the container that runs the Python code is locked down.
