You’re absolutely right. Angelina always respects the song. She doesn’t show off what she can do. And at this point you actually have no idea yet what she can do. When Angelina was 12, I knew that she was the best singer I’d ever heard. It was one of her Adele covers that did it for me. I love Adele, but she does not have the vocal tools Angelina does. 10 years old and if you closed your eyes you would believe you were listening to someone who has been around the block a few times if you know what I mean. How wonderful are her performances? We can listen to her musical collection and listen to the same song hundreds of times and never tire of listening to them. You know why? Not only because of what a sensational singer she is but her voice touches our heart and whenever we listen to her our hearts immediately become emotionally overcome with her love.
Angelina was a world class performer by the age of ten. She had many great performances that year in many genres, and each time you would think that style and genre was her specialty.

Angelina Jordan (10 Year Old) - Feeling Good "LIVE on The Stream Gir Tilbake" At only 10 years old, Angelina Jordan delivered a stunning rendition of "Feeling Good" with a talented band on live television. Her voice was powerful, soulful and expressive, surpassing any other version of this song. How many of us can say we achieved such a feat at that age? This performance is simply incredible and showcases her extraordinary talent.
“Feeling Good” was originally written by Anthony Newley, Leslie Bricusse and its first performer, Cy Grant. The song was written for a 1964 musical. That musical was entitled The Roar of the Greasepaint - The Smell of the Crowd. Nina Simone released her version in June of 1965. It appeared on her album I Put a Spell on You. Although various artists have also covered this song throughout the decades, Simone’s rendition by and large has remained the most-popular. Simone’s version of this song was produced by Hal Mooney.
I have heard several versions of this song over the years by legendary singers, but this 10 yo version by Angelina is my favorite. That sounds crazy, but it's true!

When Angelina hit 10 years old her voice had exponential growth and here she is letting us know! A 10 year old girl on stage with a band and just kills this song! She knows how to work the camera watch as the camera goes around her and she makes the brief eye contact without missing a beat, there are seasoned performers who can’t do that. She then walks us up the scale and smash’s it with a Nordic Hammer! Smiles at you at the end, yep I did that! But in a humble way! By the way IMHO she has set the gold standard for this song! 🇳🇴🇺🇸

Thank you for another great reaction to Angelina. In my opinion, she is the best singer in the world, and there are thousands of others who would agree with me. Every moment you spend featuring her on your channel will being you great emotional satisfaction.
There are so many things I get from this performance. Some I recognised immediately and those I missed were brought to my attention by the more observant Angelina fans (her Angels) and I thank them for letting me know what I had missed.
(1) The realisation that at the age of 10 Angelina has shed all childishness from her voice.
(2) A feeling that the placement of the spotlight at the beginning of her performance was deliberate. If it was, then, to my mind, it was a brilliant move.
(3) The fact that Angelina arranged this song and that the band kept out of the way and let her voice be the focus.
(4) The incredible low note she sang for the word "good" at the beginning and end of the performance.
(5) That wonderful crescendo at the end.
(6) The was Angelina used her left arm and hand throughout the performance
(7) The way she changed the microphone from her right hand to left hand, so that she could flip her hair back with her right hand.
(8) The cheeky smile she gave to the cameraman when she realised he had focused on her at about 4.05 in your reaction video.
(9) The sideways look and grin she gives to her instrumentalists just after she curtsies to the audience -- as if to say, "Yeah, we killed it, guys! Now let's go get some ice cream!"
(10) The almost instantaneous switch from "performance" mode to that of a young child, who curtseyed and gave a sweet smile to the audience as an acknowledgement of their applause.
Others have commented that the performance by Nina Simone should be considered the "gold" standard for this song. Until recently, I had never watched her performance, but have now done so. They just cannot be compared, for Angelina's arrangement is totally different
