The results look this is because the straightening process was done incorrectly. You have to take small strands of hair and flat iron with a good hair straightener at 220•c.

Yes, you'll never get good results by the way you applied both the cream. You missed so many hair strands hence your hair is not straightened and is full of frizz. 2 box is not enough quantity for your hair length though.
Yep. I agree!! She did her explaining Very well but after neutralizing cream she got the final result which was full of frizzy hair. No point of ironing it afterwards because the bond is already fixed.

@@Smilingkitty-ff8idif your hair is on the thicker or damage side opt for salon. If your hair is on the thinner side you can do it home but make sure you use a professional hair iron.

It has been 3 months and my hair is still naturally straight. And this did not make my hair dry at all.. Hope this helps..
