The reality is that Getting job is easy but the biggest challenges is that sustaining in that job is very tough task to do thats why I also resigned and many of the youtubers also resigning due to sustain issue in company.

As someone who slaved to get into IIT many years ago. I'll tell you a fact that Any decent public universities in US is light years better than IITs interms of research, funding, networking and other stuff.
But the minds . General common sense of betech IIT minds is probably the best . They don't get best infrastructure, exposure in India but they go to us and become the CEOs there . Just the low selection rate means brilliant problem solvers , logically sound peeps get to be selected

I got envious looking at 4cr package how harikrat was getting that. But the reality is he cleared jee. 10 lakh people appear for 10k seats. And he is one among top 60 out of those 10 k seats. Out of the top 60 he was the one of the very few one to get those type of 4 cr job. He deserve it . The video got 4.8 lakh views. It does not make sense for me to get envious later. I found that such 4cr+ package are like available in range of 6000 in total world. And there are 26 million software engineer 👨💻 in world atleast. Top 0.01% percent of those engineer might apply for those types of jobs the competition comes out to be more than 500000 for a total of 6000 job offer. I think it makes sense for me to not worry or get sad when I see those type of videos now... People who are worried... Look at the stats... Here.. The probability of getting there is like 1.2% and various other factor comes into play
And it gets way lower than 1% even for the top 0.01% of the engineers. 🤣🤣🤣 *And here what's crazy* you can more money than that if you sell these dreams to people hoping to get those type of package.. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Mai bhi iss fraud mai fass chuka hu, maine 1.5 years pehle pwskills ka full stack data science ka course liya tha. 20 hazar ka course tha, ekdam kachra content tha, bola job guarantee hai, phir ek din bola 150+ companies aa rhi hai hai noida mai aana sabka placement hoga. Waha 2000 bachhe pohuche all over india se, yaha tk ki kerala se bhi students aaye the, waha jake dekha 10 sales ki company aayo thi, 6000 mai internship de rhi thi.

getting courses from iits and nptel is ok (where the students are evaluated and credited) but taking courses from those jobless people who are selling their dreams to masses is absolutely wrong... they themselves have negligible experience and tell experienced people to gain experience from them... lol

I haven taken the course of Anuja Kumar Sharma of DSA with java he promised a lot before the course to sell it and after that when it comes to teaching it's not price worth which I paid for .

Because those students worked hard and could handle High work pressure, they could quickly solve the most difficult tasks.
On the other hand, those who sell courses aren't smart enough to solve these problematic tasks and handle pressure, so they quit their job and are selling courses.
I bet that none of the IIT students are buying these courses.

Everyone should know despite watching youtubers fulfilling their dreams or promising to make you fulfill your own dreams just get one dsa course and practice some DSA on your own and try to get used to to not only watch the videos but work on the tech statck you are willing to learn.
Good luck im also learning DSA from apna college but im not watching any of their youtube content just getting knowledge from whatever course they have made and practicing on my own …no course will make you placement ready its only you who will make you ready for the placements so just focus on study rather than complainig get any of the course and start from now.

I am from Microsoft and i do make tutorial videos just to share content for free and share knowledge that i learnt in my experience, im sad these guys who just joined the company with 1-2 years experience are ready to sell dreams to others without proper experience in the Industry. I totally agree with @utkarsh in this video with all the points.
i think, buying courses is a scam... people get stuck in these courses which never end, one after the other... on the other hand, the courses dont actually give any actual work experience, which is the topmost eligibility criteria in all jobs... entry level jobs for freshers require min 3 years of experience, so how would you get that by just learning courses for 3 years? you would still remain empty handed as industry would shift into something new the next year...
getting courses from iits and nptel is ok (where the students are evaluated and credited) but taking courses from those jobless people who are selling their dreams to masses is absolutely wrong... they themselves have negligible experience and tell experienced people to gain experience from them... lol
people selling shovels during gold rush, earn the most... on the other hand, any highly experienced person would prefer to go open-source, or make their startup/creation free to public...

I have taken 'Aapna college' sigma batch to learn dsa + web development. After watching their way of teaching dsa, I realize I have wasted my time and money.
Far more better content is already available on TH-cam. Trust me! follow good road map and start learning from free resources, this will be more beneficial.

Maybe thats your personal thing maybe we haven’t completed the whole course . I have also taken the course and learned a lot from it . Which helped me in my placement. If u have the dedication u can learn anywhere. Dsa or coding are not one day game , u have to be consistent wheather u are learning it by yourself or from a course.

As a Senior Faang developer I approve of this video. In less than 5 yrs, I have not seen any dev become so good at design and architecture that they could start selling courses, let alone these guys who spent 1-2yrs and are now GURUS. Things that I naturally followed and might help others:
- Become IRREPLACEABLE in the company, by being at the top of your skillset and adding true value to the company.
- Be a servant leader from Day-1. One who doesn't dominate, but rather helps others with humble advise, support and solutions.
- Try and get out of the zone of following orders always. Whenever possible try to be the decision-maker in unclear situations.
- Make sure that the company, CEO, board, knows your value. Set, achieve your goals, and ask for what you're worth.
- It seems like a lot of hard work and being-on-your-toes all the time, but it's really not like that.
- It's just about working with a purpose. Don't do anything that's not leading you anywhere.
- I work from home, yet close the laptop at 6PM... and despise people who slog and work long hours till late.
- I live a pretty chill life outside of work, play games, go out with family, read about philosophy and spirituality.

Reality of 44 LPA Amazon:
I am from a premier Institute in India and trust me for this... Every year Amazon select around 50 students and offer 44LPA but for that the selected students have to go through a probation period of 1 year where they will check your credibility for the job. In that period they have to work around 12 hours a day and that too for a nominal salary. Sadly, only a few students are able to pass their credibility test (hardly 4-5). Rest are rejected.

Average is Average. Not a range.
But it is not 100% wrong though.
If I consider a beginner Software developer the average may be 5Lpa.
for a senior may be 15Lpa.
TCS/Wipro/Infy won't pay more than 7 LPA even for experienced engineers.
And starting average is maybe 10k per month or even less as most software engineers didn't even get 3.2 LPA.
So many off-campus,diploma, BCA, BSc. , MSc. These guys start from 10k per month after 4-5 years become senior developer salary 4.5 LPA
Bro mere college ka 😂ece mere branch ka average 18lpa tha and 85% placement, in recession the package drops 10-12 average and 65% placement rate.
