I have watched videos such designed vehicles moving on Chinese roads with a restriction to not to drive on main roads except on cycle tracks. These are very delicate and if repairs crop up no spare parts are easily available. For the Indian system side stand is preferable. The front basket is needed to be fixed sideway of back tyre. For charging the battery , arrangement of door and lock is to be provided to prevent thefts. These are my initial impressions.

E-cycle head lamp provided finds improper inconvenient.it's present location must be below the basket at front to have lamp focus with sufficient light for satisfying visionary on road.
Mirror installation required. Head light ka front stand is making obstacle for light reflection.

Height has to be raised a bit or else in low water level we won't be able to accelerate. Also no side mirrors??. Solar panel integration would help to reduce the pain of charging the bike on using house electric source and also that during day time it will use the sun and the battery will be used for night time.

I live in mountains. Sometimes the road gradients are about 30° to 40°. I wonder if such a bike would be navigable on those gradients.

I am not the maker but I can answer your questions with my experience of use of such e-bikes in China:-
Such bikes are not good for mountains. You need to find more powerful ebike.
Normally folding type ebikes have less powerful battery. They Good for plains and short distances.
Most of these e-bikes originated in China. It has the same design features I had seen in China, especially the key with light.
I wish in future such bikes are completely made in India.
