YOU DIVIDE STUDENTS ACCORDING TO THEIR 10TH MARKS AND CONCENTRATE ONLY ON THE HIGH SCORERS, AND LET THE OTHER STUDENTS WHO HAVE PAID THE SAME FEES TO GO TO DOCKS. WHY DO YOU SEGREGATE STUDENTS ON THE BASIS OF MARKS. AND WHAT IS THE RESULTS OF THE HIGH SCORERS?

This is just an over dramatic they just do support those who can just study on their own. It gives almost null importance to jee and neet exam . Just their focus is on earning money and pu board exams . Going there was biggest mistake of my life. Hope u do not repeat it. It's a hell where u will be donating money with no happiness to earn at end. All these are just fake.

Good to know about the expansion of Expert, I went through this instiution long back. Though Expert has quality and better resources the paradigm they followed was authoritarian. I remember that class windows were painted black (it felt depressing). Students are also humans, a little freedom wouldn't hurt.
Anyhow this was long back, so things maybe different now.
The institution has evolved with times as it has grown while also continuously striving for excellence. Class windows are painted black to avoid glare on the black board. However we keep reminding students not to keep the windows completely closed and that there must be sufficient natural ventilation and illumination at all times. They are only to be closed halfway in the front section and a third in the back section. This has been an official policy of the institution and teachers are also repeatedly reminded to ensure windows are not completely closed.

Expert give admission to the students who got more than 90-95% in SSLC obviously PUC results will be almost same. I bet Expert to give admission to average students and take output of 90% from them.
Vishnu 001 Well we do have several students who had secured as low as 70-75% in Class 10 and went on to score above 90% or secure excellent ranks in competitive exams. We have released this data to the public earlier. I'm sorry to say that your assumption is prejudiced and mistaken. Our intention is that every student puts in the best of efforts and achieves the best of their potential.

I'm a great fan of Expert materials and teaching staff....They are really well equipped and are of high quality....but as an alumni of this organization, I need to tell here what it's lagging behind in
1) Organization mainly concerned on who all brings top rank to them and not on students on medium range.
2)Class starts around 7am in morning which might go all the way 9pm in night. Break in a week is just half day on Sunday. I think zoo animals are having better freedom than here.
3)Fees, simpler I talk is better here. Every year Himalaya grows some inch, and Experts grows in terms of lakhs.
Please indulge students in various activities and give them min of 1.5 days break in a week.

Akshay Shetty Thank you for your honest comments. Expert is an evolving organisation, and therefore things have changed a lot in the past few years. Let me address your points:
1) Although we do highlight the best ranks in the media, it is not true that we do not focus on average students. Our intention is for every student to perform to their best ability. We have seen amazing progress in several students who may have scored 65-70% in class 10 but went on to score above 85-90% in class 12. This is wonderful progress that makes us proud. Every student gets the same materials and facilities, but how they use them is up to them.
2) Our (in)famous 7-7 schedule may be subject to criticism but unless one creates more number of days in a year, it is mathematically impossible to complete all the portions of boards+competitive exams with a regular 9-5 schedule from Monday to Saturday. However, we have now modified our schedule to reflect more study hours, PT period, SUPW etc so that students are less stressed. You are welcome to sit with our timetable committee to understand the practical difficulties in managing an institution while maintaining academic quality.
3) The fees are proportionate to the expenditure we incur in maintaining infrastructure as well as paying teachers their salary. We are proud that our teachers get the highest salary compared to any other pre-University level institution in the region. The college fees are collected as per PU board norms for private unaided colleges. Coaching fees are collected in a transparent manner and the respective taxes are paid honestly. We have even been awarded by the service tax department for best tax compliance in the region. We are not a government-funded institution and therefore cannot subsidise quality education. We are an institution run by teachers and do not have any business/political/real-estate ventures and therefore all expenses must be borne out of student fees. That is just how the economy works. In a free-market economy, prices are regulated by demand/supply in the market and competition.
@@AnkushNNayak Hi Ankush, Good to see your Frank reply for all the points. Just let me give few pointers that might help you guys or can take it as just suggestion.
Whatever the above points I have written that's purely what I felt in Expert purely with experience. There is a big difference between what management thinks of and what students face. I know you also completed your education in Expert itself, but there is always big gap between one who saw a organization all his life and New comers.
1) I think your answer was perfect to the point, hope the average students get more importance.
2)There are so many good schools who complete the syllabus in given time 9-5pm twice and give ample time for students to study and concentrate on other field and produce extra ordinary result. So something your management should think of how to implement a smart planning instead of going for hard planning. As u said, it depends on how students take them. Considering an average student mind, it can't take more than 6-8 hrs of lecture in a day, if you are forcing it, then it's going to waste his neday or future where he will continuosly lag behind.
3) Every organization has it's own preference of fee structure based on infrastructure. Can't make much comments.

Students with a high SSLC percentage would fall under the merit category, and the fees as per the existing norms for that category would apply. Concessions may be granted on case-to-case basis for economically disadvantaged students. You would have to provide a letter when you apply to the college requesting a concession for your particular case.

Cartoon ki duniya There is moderate importance given to sports, with a PE period every week, plus time to play on Saturdays and Sundays. We have huge grounds where students play sports such as football, volleyball, throw ball, kho-kho, etc., And an indoor facility with 4 badminton courts. We are in the process of developing a basketball court. We have an annual sports day as well.

This is an example of a good quality educational institution. Would you rather be satisfied with the infrastructure that government colleges provide? Please feel free to go there. Private institutions are doing the work that the government should be doing (providing education) and that too at a better quality. The government collects taxes. Private institutions collect fees. And good infrastructure costs. If you do not understand this basic concept, feel free to go somewhere else that suits you.
