  • This is how I removed the baffles from my Vance and Hines Bigshot exhausts on my 07 Heritage. I didn’t mention in the video that I used painters tape on the heat shields to protect them from any scratches. Also, it was easier for me to remove the clamps holding the heat shields in place before reinstalling the shields. I marked the painters tape where the clamps hooked into the inside of the shields.

I have a 2010 heritage with the same pipes I tried to pull the baffle out a couple years ago and gave up because there’s no video on these specific ones and I didn’t feel like pulling the whole system apart to find out at the time. Gonna do this tonight thanks for this video

I made this video because no one really went into detail on how to do this. I upgraded the air cleaner to the screamin eagle. I will eventually install cams and give it a tune. You may find the bike shuts off when coming to a stop unless you upgrade the air cleaner. Let me know how it goes

@@CTG01 sure will. So far so good I got them out yesterday in about an hour and a half. Had to bust out the dremel for the exhaust tip screws. the bike sounds violent without them haha I love it

@@jeauxmamaI just posted the vid of the bike with woods cams and tune. The cams made it louder. You cannot have a conversation while the bike is on. I love it
