@@GavLever Let me put it this way, I did a Rochdale career mode on FIFA 23 a couple of weeks ago, and the top top earner at the club, also the highest rated and one of the oldest, was on 3k a week. Most were young kids and were on less than 1k a week. That made more sense to me for a club that size and in that league

Need a "be an owner" mode. Hire and fire managers. Each manager has his own style and formation. Take over multiple clubs once its not in the same league. Have fans protest and force you to sell if you dont look after the club.

They should update the offside in player career mode when the player goes up to the goal and ask for the ball they counted as an offside when really you’re not even
Soon, that's what that injury and suspension thing is intended for. You will be able to go in and remove injuries and suspensions from players when starting mid-season.

they can get idea's from players that play fc 25 but I dont think they take them they could add a feauture where they can get diffrent versions of the player like young griezzman and young messi and young ronaldo it would be great
-I try to make changes to my starting 11 before simming the match but it doesn't register for some reason. My players end up being way too tired, so annoying. -Still can't approach players over 23 years old when they have 6 months or less remaining on their contract. -Last season I was in the so called "UECL" slot but after the season I started directly in the Europa League instead. -GK youth academy diving glitch is fixed but still getting Wingers with 30-40 dribbling which is really bothersome. -A couple of times I couldn't start some of my academy players in rush matches. Was weird Good thing I paid just one month of EA Play for this, might get the game after it's completely fixed at the end of the year but that's it, way too many bugs.
What about the team management edit position of players pressing square on ps or x on xbox. They need to add this back like all previous games why they removed it unknown

Just one if anyone has noticed, when weather is raining or snowing on manager mode your manager doesn’t wear a winter coat unlike the rest of the managers. Does this annoy anyone else or is it just me?
The AI generated players still mostly look like right out of some Horror movies. After the update, the Scouting update stays and annoys every day popping up and interrupting the progression. The Rush YA tournament does not allow to change players in the formation anymore and the with/without ball tactics are messed up just showing one player card in the bottom left or right. Players do some breakdance on the pitch, if touching (not tackling) another player no matter if yours or the other team, they fall very spectacularly... Etc...
nobody is going to waste time and look at every player that is injuered to add it, its simple will take useless time from the gameplay element like having to put option on/off for an hour before loading into the career is just sad

I've noticed alot of female young players when playing career mode. Found some great young players while scouting with insane attributes and play types only to notice the character is female. 😂 still getting invisible substitutions clearly ea is more interested in the pay to win side of things. They clearly missed the niche with career mode.
