We also covered the exactly same route from Raipur (CG) to Maihar on 20.05.2024. On 21.5 we left for Ayodhya, Then 22.5 back from Ayodhya to Shahdol. Finally on 23.5.24 Shahdol to Raipur.
Travelled by Alto 800 (which already clocked 1,70,000+ KM on odo and visited most of Eastern Western Southern Northern parts. We regularly Stay in Hotel Akriti, Maihar (best stay/food and ample parking space on Highway (Katni-Maihar). Secondly we found a comfirt HomeStay in Ayodhya for 3 Adult at Rs.2500/24hrs - Jyoti Inn. Shahdol stay was Hotel Maharaja Palace Rs.1300/24hrs large room neat & clean. The long Ghat (Shohagi Mountain) is famous Chak Ghat.
