I like this but why wouldn't the catcher need reps?
I would want as many reps as possible with my catcher but just me.That machine is pretty cool though I've never seen one..would save ur catchers arm I guess.

      1) You get a specific kind of throw every time, no errors. 2) Catchers get hurt, too. Reduce any unneccessaary throws when you can. 3) You can get WAY more throws in a shorter amount of time. Meaning your SS and 2B get WAY better in a shorter amount of time.

Sometimes you just want to focus in the middle infielders. I dont have this machine so what we did is set it up and I put every other player on the roster at home plate and made them throw down.

I sometimes coach softball and I like every player working doing the same thing to make players more versatile and to learn what players in other positions have to deal with.

I like that! More then one way to skin a cat..I played 15 years of baseball including a couple years in college..d3 nothing crazy..
The thing with coaching is it allows you to be creative and to teach the game.. as long as your teaching the game the right way there's no wrong way in how you do it!
