These two pieces are GORGEOUS!!! 🩵🩵🩵
Thank you so much my friend 🧡
It is awesome, looks like a piece you would see at a zoo on a bigger scale!!❤❤
Thanks so much, Beverly 😍
Super cute! Love watching your videos! You're so creative! ❤
Thank you, Debra 😊 I appreciate you 🙏
That turned out really cute. I agree with you a lighter blue will make everything just right. Have a blessed day
Thank you, Sierra 😊 I wish I didn't have such a heavy hand 🤣. If I'm using mica powder, I scoop it in my cup 😂! If I'm using alcohol ink, I squirt a lot! Let's not talk about the glitter ✨️ you have a blessed day as well, my friend 🧡
Let’s resin is usually really good at degassing. Pour from way up high. That should pop the bubbles when they land. You can start close to the piece then bring it up as high as you can and pour slowly in a thin stream.
Your pieces turned out beautiful. ❤️
Thank you 😊 So much!!
I’ve only made about a dozen silicone moulds, so I don’t have a lot of experience… and you’ve been given some good advice by other subscribers here. The only thing I do differently, that hasn’t already been suggested, is that I use double sided tape and completely cover the base of the item being cast… a couple of people said they use hot glue and I tried that, but when I did, I couldn’t get the item evenly flat and found that tape was much better.
I hope you work out what it is that’s causing the bubbles but, if not, I’d suggest that you email Let’s Resin directly and ask them… I’d send them a picture as well, if you can take one.
Despite all of that, your piece turned out absolutely beautiful!! So darn cute!
Love, Nat. ♥️♥️🇦🇺
Thank you so much, Nat 💓 and I appreciate the tip. Now that you mention it, the tape idea is one I only tried a few times. I thought I was doing something wrong when ppl would comment that my piece didn't turn out due to the tape i was using on the bottom. I will try that again 😉I have watched a ton of videos on mold making and thought I was good to go. I have made quiet a few myself, but I am still in the newbie stage, I'm sure. I don't know why all of a sudden, when I start molding glass 👉 I get micro bubbles trapped inside.
I am definitely on a mission to figure this out. I will need some more silicone for sure 🤣. I wish I had all the silicone back that iv messed up!!! 😫 have a blessed day, my friend 🧡
Very cute!
Thanks, my friend 🧡 I truly appreciate it
Beautiful
Thank you so much ❤
So creative
Thank you so much, my friend 🧡
Very cute❤❤❤.
Thanks my friend 🧡
Absolutely beautifully, Mrs Tammy, amazing work as always. Julie, from pouring your heart out, made an inlay yesterday, and she blows her silicone . In the video, she said that blowing the silicone prevents micro bubbles from getting stuck. I have tried this method, and it actually does work. She has stated it a few times. (She uses a mini leaf blower lol), but anything can be used as long as it blows cool air as heat leaves a skin on the silicone. ❤❤
Thanks so much, as I shall give it try 😊
@@epoxym3that you are most welcome my friend ❤️
Love it!
Thank you Vickie 😊
They r2 cute 😊😊
I have seen and have done it, pour from higher up in a thin stream. Start on top of what you are making the mold from. Claire from Claire’s crafty corner has some good tutorials
I have never had issues like this until I started making molds of glass figurines. I am going to try my pressure pot next. Thanks for the tips ❤
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you so much, my friend 🧡
the lady from austrailia says you should vacuum your silicone also, her channel is Pouring your heart out....she just made an inlay for a mold and she had mentioned that....
Thank you, Lynn 😊 I have a pressure pot and I am going to try placing it in that!! I'm going to give it a try
❤👌🏻👍🏻😃
i love it!!! xo
Thanks so much, my friend 🧡
Pour your silicone from a good height above what you are casting. It needs to be a thin stream as this helps pop any bubbles in the silicone
Thank you so much for the tip 🙏
Beautiful piece!!!
Thank you so much ❣️
BEAUTIFUL!
Thank you so much, my friend 🧡
❤
Thanks so much, my friend 🧡
That piece is beautiful. I’m surprised you are getting bubbles in your silicone. I use Let’s Resin silicone all the time and I’ve never had bubbles. The only thing I see that I do different is I use a little hot glue to hold my piece down. Maybe the silicone is getting trapped under the piece and the bubbles can’t escape. I’m just guessing. You do awesome work!😊
Thank you so much ❣️ I am not sure what is going on. Have you molded any glass pieces? I thought maybe that might be playing a part in the bubbles.
@@epoxym3that yes I have and I never had any bubbles
LOVE IT!!! Where did you find the glass turtle? ❤❤❤❤❤
I'm not sure, my daughter brought it to me. She said it made a clean break off of something she purchased. So she thought I could use it.
Thank you so much my friend 🧡
I usually hot glue my items so no silicone gets under.
Can I have links where you got the items for the diamond mold piece? It's so cute!
Are you talking about the faceted mold? The piece that the turtle is laying on? If so, here it is Yayatty 2 PCS Sphere Silicone Resin Molds, Clear Silicone Faceted Sphere Molds Clear 3D Polyhedron Sphere Silicone Molds for Epoxy Resin, Candle Home Decor a.co/d/eLFi9A1
@@epoxym3that yes, thanks 😊
Put it the vacuum chamber….
I dont have a vacuum chamber. I have a pressure pot. I had no idea that you could put them in a vacuum chamber. Wow 👌
I'm going to put it in my pressure pot
