    Grt advice! For chipping however, keeping 70% weight on feont leg can ensure better more consistent contact...

    Hey Chris. Love ya BUT. I am a stack n tilt man. But i incorporated your teachings with stack n tilt. I have NEVER hit the ball more solid and far. Here’s the deal. Keep weight left side , stand tall, your takeaway, your recenter with left elbow up , not down, recenter, left elbow goes AROUND not down. That’s Hogans move. It makes the stack an tilt swing so easy. I agree with everything you say except moving your weight around.

      Hi im also stack and tilt. I've been trying to understand the left elbow pulling down on the backswing. I pull down w my right elbow and long clubs go steep slightly. Would you expound your left elbow around comment?

      I was always steep from the top. Type in Chris baseball swing or left elbow around. That was the game changer for me. It’s important not to roll the wrist on the takeaway. Once you get to parallel, the feeling is left elbow is now pointing to the target or right palm is now pointing to the sky and right elbow tucked. From the top the elbow tricep goes around not down. You will release the club automatically. In stack n tilt as you know there is no lifting in the backswing. This move was the game changer to stop lifting. Hope that helps. Let me know

      Well said. Also too much weight on front foot leads to a reverse pivot versus a turn and release
