I'm still wondering how our tecnique of slapping is....
How can you slap without covering the E-string, and still make mutes and fret'ed notes - and control it !!?
Like David, his hands is constantly covering all strings!

Although I'm not quite sure what your question is, but I can tell you that I sometimes mute strings with my right hand, if that helps?
