Great explanations. The third strength can be seen as a strength and a weakness and could be discussed. There are individual differences here perhaps or during training the level of responsibility is seen differently. In nursing when it comes to medication, they are trained to check and they are there to save lives. In the military they are trained to work as one team and not to question. Perhaps despite hierarchy those people who become nurses have individual differences that enable them to think beyond their heirachical managers. They tend to be considered caring and despite this being a schema or generalisation, if true would mean they are more likely to question their own actions before behaving in a way that is impactful on others therefore maintaining a semblance of autonomy. In the military however the strength of success is in numbers following orders for a greater outcome not seen by the individual when in the throws of war. They have been conditioned in training to just follow orders and not necessarily think beyond that therefore being truly in an agentic state.
