    Diversity in the cockpit?
What the hell does that mean?
Who cares about gender or color?
Reach for the stars, not for a quota system.

maybe they want to see different ways that people can fly an airplane. like upside down or sideways. the way i see it, the current airline system, thanks to the engineers that designed and built the planes and the pilots currently flying them are at a near perfect environment. you are more safe in an airplane today than anywhere on the face of Earth. So why would you want to change that? why would anyone want to change an almost perfect safety record? ... like Matt Walsh beautifully states, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Forced diversity doesn’t mean they’re not racist. They should be a pilot if they’re good

If 92 percent of all pilots are white and/or white men, then it seems the problem is forced NON-diversity. Assuming God distributes skills, talents, and abilities regardless of race, then why wouldn’t we want more diversity?

I'm sure you can understand that the cultural pressures and stereotypes and lack of representation of women in aviation discourages girls to believe they will be accepted in this "good old boys" club.

My 17 year old daughter is now currently working on her private pilots license, so far she has racked up 21 hours. We are currently working on getting her enrolled with Tuskegee Next. Alicia has already been accepted to SIU and also Lewis University for her aviation degree.

I’m all for diversity in flight crews. As long as the passengers are notified before they purchase their tickets that their crew was chosen based on skin color and gender.
