How do i controll my speed? I get a little speed from stepping out to the side and slitly pushing myself when im getting my right foot back on the ice after that when i pull my leg back again i gain even more speed. After 2 or 3 triangles i cant hold the force from my blade on the ice do you have any tipps?

Great video. Very short and easy to digest. Likely a longer/more detailed tutorial is needed, but this one is great for a quick lesson. One tip: Notice in the video how often the heel is lifted off the ice. Lifting the heel of the blade off the ice allows you to pivot the blade sideways, which the skaters in the video are constantly doing. Lifting the heel is something that is not mentioned in the video except for just once when he covers an advanced variation.

I would recommend you to buy hockey skates because some tricks are near impossible with figure skates
